Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface complete all as specified with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

M&L for replacement of old and weathered ACSR alluminium conductor of size 6/2.11 or 6/2.59 squirrel weasel and with aluminium binding wire on poles etc traightening / tightening with mechanical devices ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in replacement of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia to earth wire on HT/LT poles for fabrication of cradles hexagonal/rectangular guards out of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking/dismantling of existing unserviceable Wood/ PCC/steel tubular pole up 9 mtrs.

Supply & replacement of existing unserviceable Wood/ PCC/steel tubular pole with new Steel tubular pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long ) Note: Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately .

Cutting/trimming tree branches along the over head HT/LT lines up to 2.0 mtr from electric line on both sides of the span and disposing of the cut tree/branches at places as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting of LT panel/busbar outdoor/indoor off sizes removing existing old paint with the help of sand/emery paper etc. Preparing surfaces externally including cleaning etc. Applying externally one coat synthetic enamel paint including cleaning and surface dressing upto 25cm depth around 1 mtr of the panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Painting to existing steel tubular poles 9 mtr long one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and making 30cm wide strips 5 Nos with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching/ground level including making pole identification number and figure with synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality and painting with bitumenous paint internally and externally for portion embedded in PCC. , complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Re-stretching of ACSR conductor and earth wire of any size and type on HT poles including disconnecting and rewinding with insulators with suitable size of binding wire after restretching, connecting jumpers adjusting line dividers etc and cutting/trimming of tree branches upto 2 mtr clear distance from wire all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB any size/capacity with MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps 36 KA, MCCBs microprocessor release,overload & suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc including minor required additional/alternation for fixing and connecting up of MCCB all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB any size & capacity with MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps 35/36 KA MCCBs thermal magnetic release, Over load & suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc including minor required additional/alternation for fixing and connecting up of MCCB all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
