Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to requiredlines, levels and shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour (if required) in all leadsand lifts through all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. any loss to the public and private properity during the course of excution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable and unserviceable material shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Excavation in foundation trenches earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomrate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or baling out of watering/dewatering upto any lifts stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth side of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Excavation in drains and channels etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, saturated soil including chiselling or any other mixed variety of soil dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lifts upto any height, stacking the excavated soil upto all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeter thick layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etcetera consolidating Each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Excavation in earth work and filling in any width/depth of layers in foundation and plinths including ramming, watering and consolidating upto any lead and lift. Pick work complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto floor all level and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work or as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals in:-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etcetera and mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( one cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40mm.(Forty millimetre) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:5:10 (one Cement : five Sand : ten stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) in hunching of S.W. pipes of the following internal diameters, Including concrete for beddings, necessary form work and curing complete.150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20(Twenty) grade mechnically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall bedesigned as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D specifications.The design mix will got apporoved from the Engineer -In-Charge prior to the casting.The theoritical consumption of cement for the iyem shall be worked outas per apporved I.S. code up to all floor level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

In foundation footing, bases of columns and the like mass concrete.

In suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies beams girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level.

In columns, pillars posts and struts up to floor all level.

In walls any thickness but not less than 0.10mtrs. (zero point one zero metre) thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses upto any depth /any height including curing complete.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design Mix-20 (twenty) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced cement concrete work.The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S.code and P.W.D specification.The design mix shall be apporved by Engineer-in- charge prior the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code in string courses, copings, bed plates ,anchor blocks and the likes up to all floor level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying rainforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (Twenty five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D. specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code or as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals in:-

Foundation, footing basis of columns etc. and mass concrete .

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four stone aggregate 12.5mm(twelve point five millimetre nominal size) and curing complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 (eighty/hundred) or equivalent) using 1.70 Kg. (one point seven zero) per square meter on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire upto any floor level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in Superstructure above plinth level in Cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement : Six Sand) first Class Bricks Upto all floor level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
