Repair & Refurbishment of Existing Bar Counter Including Fabrication of Counter Supports & Relaying of Surface Treatment 7 finishing vertical faces in Approved Material as per scope of RFP.

Providing and fixing bar counter top in approved Colour. Top to Be fixed on existing bar counter & Modification to suit fabricated support & canopy above as per scope of RFP.

Supply & Fixing Planter Box of Size as Per Approved White Paint from Outside. Planter Bay to Be Filled with Soil and Manure as per scope of RFP.

Supply of decorative/ ornamental plants of species, height & quantity as per scope of RFP.

Supply & fixing of 35 mm Thick Exterior Grade Artificial Lawn with Recommended Adhesive as Per Manufacturer’s Details as Per Design Including Supply, Cutting, Fixing, Transport Labour, Etc. Complete as per scope of RFP.

Providing and fixing in place of exterior grade, plastic/PVC pots in black Colour of varying sizes from 30cm to 50 cm as per direction as per scope of RFP.

Providing and fixing in place of exterior grade, plastic/PVC pots in black Colour of rectangular sizes from 60cm x 30 cm x 27cm as per direction/as per scope of RFP.

Preparation of pot for general plant by filling the pot with good soil and mixing with manure in the ratio 5:1, along with soil improvement nutrients. Supply drain cell as required for Planter Bay as per scope of RFP.

Design, Supply, Fabrication, Installation in position MS Pergola in Mild steel for all leads and lifts AS per detail Dwg. MS Structure in mild steel comforting to IS 1429 shall be done. Structure shall be analyses and designed for primary loads and their combinations as specified in 15 875 Part 111 & 1987. Welded structural joints and bolted structural joints shall conform relevant IS codes Exposed Structure shall be treated with suitable primer along with two or more coats of Polyurethane paint of approved shade complete as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. Design and sizes shall be as per approved drawing as per scope of RFP.
