No of Years of Experience Tenderer should have been in the business of providing man power services for at least (3(three)) financial years reckoned back from 2024-25 (FY) (i.e, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) (1) At least 1 (one) year during period of last (3 (three) financial years reckoned back from 2024-25(FY) (i.e, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) in the business of manpower services is equals to 10 marks, (2) More than 2 years in the business of manpower services is equals to 10 marks (3) for each additional 2 years subject to the maximum of 10 (Additional) marks.Total 30 Marks

Total number of Data Entry Operator, Driver, Peon/office boy,Watchmen, literate labourer, sweeper, attender, cook & Gardener / Man Power deployed for any Central/State Govt./Semi Govt Preceding 3 years reckoned back from 2024-25 (FY) should have successfully deployed manpower for any Central/State Govt./Semi Govt such that the total/combined man power deployed are not less than (80% of the personnel required) i.e., 480 Nos of 600 Nos (i.e., 50 x 12 Monthsis equals 600). (1) Deployed at least((80% i.e., 480 Nos (i.e., 50 x 12 Months equals 600)) persons/users equals 20 marks in the last three completed financial Years (i.e. Financial Year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) (2)Deployed more than 80% of persons/users equals 2 marks each such additional persons/users subject to the maximum of 10 (additional ) marks. Total 30 Marks

Total Annual Turnover in the Business of Manpower Services. The Tenderer should have minimum Average Annual Turnover of (Rs. 2,24,56,520.16 (Two times the amount put to tender in this tender/-) (Rupees Two Crore twenty four Lakhs fifty six thousand five hundred & twenty one six paise Only) from the last three completed financial Years (i.e. Financial Year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) At least Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 2,24,56,520.16 (Not less than twice the amount put to tender) is equals to 20 marks

Total Credit Facility Tenderer should have credit facility of not less than Rs. 28.07 Lakhs (estimated cash flow for three months) of credit line or letters of credit from the banks meeting the fund requirement . Have received at least of. Rs. 28.07 Lakhs (estimated cash flow for three months) payment for three months is equals to 20 marks.
