Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 25 mm thick i(for cupboard) including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S. piano hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc., with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc., including primining coat with approved steel primer all complet.. Fixed to steel windows by welding.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. 300 x 10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anocic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc.. Complete : 100 mm

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made out of solid foem PVC extruded profile of minimum 60 mm width and minimum 30 mm thickness, having homogenous fine celluar structure and integral smooth outer skin. The frame's vertical and horizontal members to be mitered cut and joined together with PVC solvent adhesive/ cement and both corners strengthened with fully threaded steel screws (of required size) fixed diagonally. The door frame is to be fixed diagonally. The door frame is to be fixed to door jumbs using 6 Nos. SS 304 grade minimum 8 mm dia CSK Philips stainless steel self tapping screws/fasteners with PA6 grade polymind sleeves both of required size, and gap if any between the door frame and the jamb must be filled with clear silicon, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board (Heigh pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid saparately) 6 mm thick cement fibre board, Type-B, Category-III as per IS:14862 :2000. 6 mm thick cement fibre board, Type-B, Category-III as per IS:14862:2000.
