Dismantling of old Penstock Protection Valve (Butterfly Valve) and its all components, including tool and tackles, gas for cutting, loading & unloading and stacking within 4 Km lead and lift , complete in all respect or as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Structural Design with computations, Development Details, fabrication and erection drawings of PPV(BFV) (Valve Body, Valve Disc, Servomotors, Valve Trunnion, upstream & downstream connecting pipes, bearings seals i.e. service & and maintenance seal , seal seat, trunnion seal, dead weight with lever arm for BFV Closure, Air release Valves Over Speed trip mechanism for PPV Closure) including design and drawing of all electrical components & Civil structures, design computations etc. complete in all respect as per Technical Specifications of the Contract or as directed by Engineer-In -Charge

Supply of Penstock Protection Valve (Butterfly valve) assembly mainly consisting of valve body, valve disc, Valve trunnion, bearings, Servomotors, seals (i.e. service seal and maintenance seal), seal seat, trunnion seal, upstream & downstream connecting pipes, dead weight with lever arm for closure of valve, Servomotor with complete Hydraulic Power Pack and two pumps one main and other standby also with a hand operated pump to serve in case of power failure; including loading, transportation & unloading at PPV/BFV House, Raktal.

Supply of Air cum Anti Vacuum Valves (2 No. i.e 1 Set ) one to act as service valve and other as standby, complete in all respect; including installation at PPV/BFV House, Raktal.

Supply of Air release Valves (2 No. i.e 1 Set) with air supply/overflow pipes, one as service valve(s) and other as standby, complete in all respect; including installation at PPV/BFV House, Raktal.

Supply of ultrasonic type flow detector for over speed trip mechanism and flow measurement for PPV/BFV complete in all respects, including all necessary accessories, including installation and commissioning at PPV/BFV House, Raktal.

Other accessories & controls (including loading, transportation and unloading at Site) comprising bypass arrangement; inlet and outlet pipe pieces; flanged pipe piece and drain pipes; sluice valves for bypass arrangement and drain pipes; oil pressure pumping units: water and oil pipe system; pressure gauges; hydraulic and electric controls with necessary control switches, fuses, alarm system and panels; armoured (multi-core) with all other necessary accessories, instruments, apparatus, materials complete in all respects as specified in Technical Specifications or as directed by EIC.

Inverter of suitable capacity for DC control system of the valve with allied accessories to serve in case of power failure; including loading, transportation & unloading at PPV/BFV House, Raktal.

Erection Charges for complete installation/erection, testing, satisfactory commissioning and operation of PPV/butterfly valve. The cost should include welding charges in case any welding activity is undertaken at interface front i.e Penstock.

Set of mandatory Spares as per Annexure-II (Particular Technical Specifications), for erection, commissioning, testing and maintenance of the PPV/butterfly valve.

Set of manual for operation, maintenance & repair, spare parts catalogues & finally approved designs and drawings including soft copies thereof.
