COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR MAINT OF LT NETWORK AND LT PANELS AT RAMPUR, URI AND NAUGAM UNDER GE 969 EWS

Disconnecing the transformer of capacity 50 to 250 KVA , indoor/outdoor from HT/LT side carefully at site, dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strips and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core, supply and replacing the 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and reassembling the complete dismantling items, reconnecting the HT/LT Supply cable ends at the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer oil as per IS : 10028 (Part-II) 1981, Para 5.2 with dehydration/ filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of 60KV at 4 mm air gap, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-charge at his own expenses and submit test report after dehydration.

Supply and topping up transformer oil for die electric strength of 40 KV for 1 minute in the conservator tank/body tank of the transformer at various locations complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable defective HT bushings from transformers and S&F new HT bushing with insulator, brass studs, nuts and washers connecting to winding, testing and commissioning. The transformer 50 KVA to 250 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 4 here in before but LT bush for transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 250 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace silica gel into the serviceable breather of transformers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace silica gel breather assembly suitable for transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 250 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanished steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised earth strip of 25 x 4mm size by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and connected from earth plate electrode to main switch board/ earth test point including watering arrangement with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, MS funel, wire case, 50 mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 for earth Pit cover with 6 Nos 8 mm dia CTD bars including necessary excavation of any type of soil, returning and filling in removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr. charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of Schedule A Part 1 and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completition.

S&F 32mm x 6 mm Gl strip as in earth continuity conductor fixed to wall or pole or recess or cheses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT/LT transformers of capacity 50 KVA to 250 KVA including removing oilly and greasy spots and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint including white wash to transformer foundation plinth and lettering with white paint as MES NO/SM No, capacity on black paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of 11 mtr long of steel tubular poles, removing oily and greasy spot and applying one coats of aluminium paint complete including applying two coat of white wash on PCC coping and lettering Pole NO with black paint on the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of 2 pole structure including cross arms, removing oily and greasy spot and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete including applying two coat of white wash on PCC coping and lettering the pole details in enamel paint on the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/cleaning tree branches,plant's bushes obstructing the OH lines/cable route side including disposal to the low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

Restringing the HT/LT Over head ACSR conductors of any size and type including binding to insulators, jempering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ACSR conductor of any size all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI Tube 80mm dia bore light grade laid in trenches of fixed to walls / poles for protection of cables including removing old unserviceable Gl pipes of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 depth for foundation, laying cables etc and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m abovel the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand for cable cushining in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Calibration and testing of VCB's relays like earth fault, over load relay installed in sub station on HT VCBs 11 KV panel and testing through recognised agencies by means of secondary injection method, setting of relay timings and play settings and fixing back the relays in position complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Required spare parts are measured and paid separately)

Taking down U/S battery 12V 180 AH from the cabinet and supply and install 12 V 180AH maintenance free battery including terminal clamps, copper lead of suitable size/ length, battery stand complete testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F single Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 225 mm dia ball and socket type, brown, assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unseviceable one.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT cable and earthing connections of burnt/defective transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 250 KVA, 11 KV/433 volts 3 phase from pole/floor mounted, taking from site of installation carefully with the help of Crane and transportation of the same to workshop for repairs, draining out the transformer oil, dismantling Complete and taking out the core assembly and removing burnt out windings, dehydrating the core assembly, reassembling transformer after repair, replacement of complete gasket set, refilling the oil duly filtered/ dehydrated, topping up with new oil, carrying out routine tests, including transportation back to site, testing and commissioning of the repaired transformer at site on full load after making cable and earthing connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- New transformer oil and Dehydration of Transfomer oil shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Hiring, transportation, installation and testing of serviceable transformer of existing capacity on hired basis in place of unserviceable transformer which is under repair and shifting back to workshop on hire basis for 15 days when ordered complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (1) Repairing of transformer shall not exceed beyond 15 days from the date of dismantling from original site, (2) Contractor shall not be allowed to shift hired transfomer untill it is replaced by orginal one. (3) Hired transformer will match with the existing transformer with same voltage, vector group, impendence etc. (4) Incase the defective/unservicable transformer is not repaired with in stipulated period of 15 days a penalty of Rs 300/- per day will be deducted and no extra cost will be paid to the contractor un less natural calamidity is occured.

M&L for rewinding of LT side winding with copper strip of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per existing pattern including providing insulation, varnish etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of HT side coil with supper enamelled Copper wire of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per existing pattern including providing insulation,varnish etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, 11000 Volts discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, as connected with earthing properly compete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of transformer oil as per IS: 335 and IS 12463 for dielectric strength of transformer installed in various site, plinth mounted/pole mounted including submission of test report complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Switch air break, gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for Indoor termination Heat Shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, of size 120 Sq mm 3.5 Core.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, of size 150 Sq mm 3.5 Core.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, of size 185 Sq mm 3.5 Core.

S&F MCCB 400 Amps 4 pole 415V of 50 KA and connecting to bus bars and cable end terminations with suitable lugs, incuding disconnecting and removing the unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified and as directed.
