Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope / gradient for laying cables/ pipes etc. all as specified and directed including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables/pipes and protection covers.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus excavated soil exc. 50 mtr but n. exc. 250 mtr distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring the holes under roads pavements, hardstanding by treanch less techonology, using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including DI/CI/GI/HDPE/PP-R Pipe of 25 mm to 150 mm bore suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition for cement concrete/road in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish to a distance exc 1.50 Km and n.exc 5.00 Km etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in coping for steel pole including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for road/Hard standing cutting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pressure pipe with spigot & socket end, class K-9 in any length laid in trenches, conforming to IS-8329/2000 with cement mortar lining with and including rubber gasket jointing conforming to IS-15382/ tyton joint complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

150 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing DI fittings for any type of pipe, DI Bends, connecting pieces, bell mouth pieces, tapers, tee pieces of one end flanged and other end spigot or socket etc upto 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90x90x90cm (internal dimension) one brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) on 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) both externally and internally, external plaster shall be up to 15cm below GL, providing valve pit cover made of 3.15mm thick MS sheet/plate, including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement including 40 X 40 X 5mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of MS hold fast 40x5mm and 150mm long, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc Chrome primer and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

S&F sluice valve class PN-1.6 heavy duty flanged ends drilled ISI marked confirming to IS: 14846, wheel operated (Handle) with high tensile stainless steel spindle, including nuts, bolts and jointing with jointing materials etc. complete including taking out old existing unservicable sluice valve including making arrangement for safe working all as specified and directed.for the following sizes:- Make: BIR, KIRLOSKAR ,Kartar or Equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for Earthing complete with using GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness off 15 cm all around the plate with using galvanised iron strip 25X4 mm as earthing lead moulded and retreived to earth plate at one end and connected to main switch / control board at another end with and including 40 mm dia GI light grade from upper end of earth plate upto external face of the wall of the building including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe light grade as water pipe from chamber to upper edge of the plate GI funnel with wire mess fixed on water pipe and provison of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm Dia graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with mild steel round bar 6 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mild steel bars as in lifting handle with and including necessarry excavation and earth work including laying the pipe concealed in floor / wall allas per plate NO-3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completiopn (Note:- If the desired resistance is not found earthing shall be done by the contractor at no extra cost to Govt).
