Design, fabrication , supply & erecting, Pre-engineered building (PEB) structure for provision of sun screen shelter , each of size 30.00 M x 25.00 M x 08.00 M(minimum height) with design parameter as per Particular specifications clause No. 12 including foundation and excavation & earth work in any type of soil & removing excavated surplus materials/debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed including retro reflective paint on entire front side of structure . NOTE :-Quoted rate shall include cutting of existing tarmac (Comprising of WMM/DLC/PQC etc) using diamond cutter and making good excavated tarmac with following specifications :- 300 mm thick PQC as per design mix using crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural strength of 45 Kg/Sqcm with and including non circular /triangular synthetic fibre over 400 micron HDPE film sheet over 10 mm thick layer of sand over 200 mm thick M-15 design mix DLC over rammed earth incl formation of construction joints filled with Bostic PU sealant to match with existing complete. Note : Each block consist of 4 shelters combined .
Supply ,fabrication and fixing steel storage boxes of size 2.5mX1.5mX1.5m with sliding door including PCC platform of M-30 (design mix) complete all as per drg No. CE/ALD/TD-294 AR including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match with the shade of shelter complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out in soft & loose for laying cables etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Returning & filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and laying dry sand cushioning for under ground cable protection in trenches 15 cm under the cable and 8 cm over the cable and gently punned down to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Only punned depth shall be measured.

M&L for block cutting in PQC with diamond cutter and necessary earthwork and make good all disturbed work to match the existing specification of tarmac complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for three coat of painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road/pavements surface ,exceeding 10 cm width or girth with aqua based road marking paint white or golden yellow shade after priming including preparation of surface after removing of existing paint with paint remover complete all as specified and directed
M&L for cutting the edges of any type of joints by raking out old sealing compound from existing joints to tarmac to full depth as required (avarage depth 35mm) and removing old filled sealing compound from the joints by means of compressed air and filled joints as follows :- Note : (i) The finished level of sealed joints shall be on and avarage 3mm below the top surface of slab pavement, Contractors quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of filling of joints 3mm below the surface of concrete pavement. No price adjustment shall be made on this account and no any claim entertained at later stage.Any type of joints (12 to 18 mm i.e. avarage width 15 mm depth of 10mm sealing compound, and left filled with baker rod out of avarage 35mm depth) sealing compound shall be Bostik "seal N flex - 1 " or equivalent, single componant Bostik Polyurethane sealant confirming to BS- 5212 with minimum movement accommodation factor of 30% when tested as per ASTM C-719, The sealent shall have shore a hardness > 25 and elongation at break of grater than 900%. The sealing compound shall be used after application of suitable size baker rod to be maintain depth to joints 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the 3 side covered brick. pedestal of height 900mm above ground level) , suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 400 amps, Provision of Spreader link to both incoming and outgoing side of MCCBs for termination of cables and 4 way ebonite cable connector (rating 32 amps) for termination of outgoing cablesfor MCBs.The Feeder Pillar shall be duly fabricated in a approved / certified factory / fabrication house who posseses type test certificate from CPRI for similar type of Feeder Pillar and having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes atleast seven (07) tanks pre-treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032 (SIEMENS GRAY).
The Feeder Pillar shall be provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-54 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate and having compartmentalized construction for individual switchgears and Bus Bars and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (MC-75) base frame at bottom, suitable for mounting on the brick pedestal through grouting bolt, The panel board shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings :- PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided from the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables.
BUS BARS & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars should be made of Aluminium, duly insulated with 1100 volts grade standard colour coded heat shrink type PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, track resistant,high strength FRP / SMC / DMC material. 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 400 amps, . For all internal connections from main bus bars to switch gears shall be carried out with suitable size FRLS grade PVC insulated multiflexible type copper wire as per the current carrying capacity of individual switch gears. Earthing bar shall be provided as per standard practice and shall be made of Galvanized Steel flats of size 25mm x 6 mm INCOMING :- 4 pole MCCB (with panel mounted rotary handle ) having breaking capacity 25 KA adjustable , Ics=Icu, 250 Amps - 01 No Make : LEGRAND/SCHNEIDER/ABB OUTGOING : (i) MCCB 125 Amps (16KA) 4 pole adjustable ( 100% - 80%) and fixed magnetic setting - 03 No (01 No standby and 02 No Outgoing) Make : LEGRAND/SCHENIDER/ABB. (ii) MCB SPN 32 Amps - 01 No (For substation Lights) Make : LEGRAND/SCHNEIDER/ABB.
CONTROL WIRING :- All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated (Gray Colour) multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 Sq mm and shall be properly bunched,tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges.Note : (1) All incoming & outgoing feeders to be marked with aluminium name plates duly rivetted on the front inner door of the feeder pillar. (2) All the cable entry / exit will be through bottom only, duly glanded with single compression type brass cable gland of suitable size. Cost of end termination of cable shall deemed to be included in the cost of feeder pillar. (3) All the inner / outer doors should have locking facility through castle locks (4) Cost of all civil work for brick pedestal, duly plastered, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, no separate payment shall be allowed for this. (5) The dimention of Panel Board as mentioned above is tentative. If it is required to be enhanced to accomodate the switchgears and maintaining the gaps as per IE Rules, it should be enhanced as per requirement without any extra cost to the department. (6)The thickness of MS Sheet for outer shell and canopy shall be of 3.0mm and inner doors and partitions shall be of 2.0 mm (7) The Panel Board should be designed in such a way that adequete workable space is made available inside every compartments. (8) The drawing of the Panel Board shall have to be got approved by Garrison Engineer before starting of fabrication process.

RMU should be provided with copper Busbar SCADA compitable, one number fault passage indicater with each incomming/outgoing mechanism for interlocking arrangements for safety and operations, pad lock provisions, self powered & complete with all accessories.The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 20 KA / 3 Sec as per IEC : 62271-200.The unit shall include the following with all necessary standards fitting as required at site and as directed by GE. Make :- ABB/ Siemens/L&T/ C&S Electric/Schneider. Note:-Necessary civil work like as foudation/platform for the equipment of appropriate size as reccomended by OEM or as indicated/directed by the Engr-In-Charge for the connected work is required deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.
