Supply and fixing of 2 hour fire rated Steel Fire Door Frame 100x57mm single rebated as per site and location complete with directions of Engineer-in-charge/ Fire Officer. a) The door frame shall be 2 hours 3 criteria rating (Stability, Integrity and thermal Insulation) fire door- fabricated and complying with requirements of CBRI Roorkee/Government Department and conforming to relevant BS: 476 Part 20 & 22 & IS: 3614 Part II. b) The frame shall be fabricated from 1.6 mm thick galvanized steel sheet conforming to IS:277 with a factory pre-punhced groove so as to accomodate Fire & smoke seal size 10 x 4mm Frames should be butt jointed and field assembeled with bolting sytem for proper strength. Frames shall be provided with holdfasts, fasteners etc. complete to the entire satisfaction and direction of Fire Officer/Engr-in-Charge. Note: The frame shoule be finished with Powder coating in desired shade.

Providing and Fixing 46 mm thick Steel fire check door shutter of 120 minutes fire rating for stability & Integrity & 20 minutes of insulation confirming to BS:476 Part 22 and IS: 3614 Part II fabricated with 2 nos. 1.2 mm thick galvanized sheet with infill of fire rated Mineral Wool insulation filler of 64 Kg./M3 bonded to both faces of sheet with lock seam joints at stile edges and internal reinforcement at top, bottam and stile edges for fire rating. The door frames are manufactured from 1.6mm thick galvanized steel sheet pressed form to single Rebate profile of size 100mm 57mm. The door frames and door shutters are finished with "H" primer plus powder coating etc. complete to the entire satisfaction and direction of Fire Officer/Engr-in-Charge. Note: The shutter shoule be finished with Powder coating in desired shade.

Supply and fixing of 6mm thick, 2 Hrs. Fire Rated clear glass size 200 x 300, which can also withstand thermal shock upto 800 degree centigrade shall be used as in vision panel and is to be fixed in between the glass beading by using ceramic fiber and fire rated acrylic sealant in accordance with BS : 476 Part 22, EN 1363/EN 1364 for stability and integrity etc complete to the entire satisfaction and direction of Fire Officer/Engr-in-Charge. (Make - SCHOTT / Saint-Gobain / equivalent)

Providing and fixing of 2 hour fire rated Door Closers UL tested for fire doors, fire tested in accordance of EN 1634-3 and for mechanical test to EN 1154 for 50000 cycles and shall be tested with fire door for 2 Hours fire rating door weight upto 36 kg, to 80 Kg and door width from 701mm to 1000 mm) with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete to the entire satisfaction and direction of Fire Officer/Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Tower Bolt of 300 x 10 mm 2 hrs Fire rated on existing double leaf door shutters openable inside or outside etc. complete U.L. listed, CBRI tested complete to the entire satisfaction and direction of Fire Officer/Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel 304 Grade D - Type pull handle 2 hrs fire rated of size 300 mm long and 22 mm Dia including stainless, Caps, nuts and bolts etc. of required size complete to the entire satisfaction and direction of Fire Officer/Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing of 2hrs fire rated Mortice dead Lock of superior quality complete to the entire satisfaction and direction of Fire Officer/Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and Fixing of Door Buffer Fire rated security arrangements on existing single/ double leaf door shutters openable inside or outside etc. complete U.L. listed, CBRI tested of make stanley / Assa Abloy as per DFS /NBC requirements to the entire satisfaction of Fire Officer /Engineer in charge of the work.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Condition- Credit of unserviceable materials including dismantling the following existing irrepairable parts including removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by Fire Officer/Engineer-in-Charge. 1. M.S. scrap Rs. 41.17 per Kg 2. Gun Metal Scrap @ Rs. 300/- Kg.
