Experience certificate-The tenderer should be a caterer or Hotel Owner who must have involved in food preparation and supplied to the any govt or public /semi government/government organised public functions within the last five years of value not less than Rs.30.54 Lakhs

Only those who have supplied similar services (Minimum 50% of the quantity of this tender) to Govt. Departments, Institutions, Autonomous Bodies in any one year in last 5 years and those who manage Catering Services with sufficient Service Staff only need to apply. Those with Annual Turnover for last 5 years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 not less than Rs. 61.10 Lakhs per annum for last five Years are eligible to participate in this Tender.

CA audited Annual turnover certificate with UDIN number from 2020-21 to 2024-25, submit the copies of balance sheet, profit and loss statement , Should not be less than Rs.61.1 lakhs in any two years.

Only registered Firm / Caterer shall participate. The firm registration certificate should be produced. (Trade License from the concerned Urban local bodies/ Gram Panchayats/firm registration)

Copy of GST registration certificate and PAN card.

The bidder should have Valid FSSAI Licence.

Tender Offer Form with an undertaking to abide by the terms and conditions of the tender in the format as per Annexure-II-Part I is to be uploaded.

Declaration from the Tenderer in the format as per Annexure-II-Part II is to be uploaded.

Copy of Trade License issued by the municipality /MUNICIPAL COUNCIL/Gram panchayath in respect of Tenderer is to be uploaded
