Periodical servicing/maintenance of industrial Tumble dryer-T5675 of Electrolux- including taking down carefully all deffective parts, for repair/ servicing, comprising strip opening of plant,re-assembling & testing on load , as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Fixing of the new part(s)shall be deemed to be included on rates quoted by the contractor for above item and new parts shall be measured and paid separately as under supply only against respective items of 'BOQ'. (ii) Repair/replacement of deffective parts shall be done witin 72 Hrs after intimatied by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Once servicing of plant carried out by contractor will be responsible for entire contract preriod for replacing any other deffective part which falls under supply only catagory. (iii) Required T&P for lifting/shifting of plant is contractors own arrangement without any additional payment.(iv) The contractor shall maintain records of all kinds of maintenance to be carried out.

M&L for taking down defective electric motor from industrial Tumble dryer-T5675 of Electrolux make- after unscrewing nuts bolts of , 3 phase, 415/440 volts, 50 C/s, AC, of any make , shifting the same to workshop, strip opening after unscrewing nut bolts screws etc. taking out rotor from stator, cutting and taking out burnt winding carefully from the stator, cleaning of slots, rewinding of stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate size matching with manufactures design including replacement of all insulating materials such as glass paper ,leathered paper, PVC insulated copper conductor wire connection leads of appropriate size with sleeves of suitable size up to terminal connection box , varnishing, drying up and re-assembling refixing and reinstallation at site complete and testing on load all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Required T&P and transportation shall be contractors responsibility. Repair/ replacement of shall be done within a period as intimated by the Engr-in-Charge falling which necessary recovery shall be made from the contractor.

M&L in repairs for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of synthetic enemal paint over one coat of primer complete.

Through Cleaning of Drain valve of Washer extracrtor after unplug from plant by technically skilled person and refix the same every after 15 days complete all as specified and as directed.

Through Cleaning of Filter hatch of tumble dryer after unplug from plant by technically skilled person and refix the same every after 15 days complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down defective electric driyer motor from driyer of any make , shifting the same to workshop, strip opening after unscrewing nut bolts screws etc. taking out rotor from stator, cutting and taking out burnt winding carefully from the stator, cleaning of slots, rewinding of stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate size matching with manufactures design including replacement of all insulating materials such as glass paper ,leathered paper, super enameled copper conductor wire connection leads of appropriate size with sleeves of suitable size up to terminal connection box , varnishing, drying up and re-assembling refixing and reinstallation in plant including replacement of bearing and leathe work and complete and testing on load all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for maintenance/servicing of DG sets of capacity 625 KVA twice in a year to carry out the following all as directed:- (i) Check and clean engine,alternator battery,instrument panel,AMF panel,Timer,Contactors,Meters and others etc. (ii) Tightening of all nuts& bolts of DG set and its accessories. (iii) Check for any diesel lekage from any point and rectify if observed. (iv) Check and adjust fan belt tension ,replace the fan belts if found damaged. (v) Check leakage of smoke from exhaust system/silencer,Repair if required. (vi) Check electrical connections of engine .The wiringshall be maintened properly and engine starting system from engine instrument panel is to be kept in order. (vii) Check and tighten the AVM pads nuts and bolts,change AVM pads if found damaged. (viii) Check exhaust pipe,flange and lagging Repair if found damaged. (ix) Check output of alternator ,if found OK adjust the same to specified values in case of brush type. (x) Checking of all hoses and cleanup, if required. (xi) Oiling,Greasing and checking for proper & smooth functioning(xii) Change of Air filter element with O ring (xiii) Change of filter insert with O ring (xiv) Change of Lub oil filter (xv) Change of Primary filter element (xvi) Change of secondary filter element (xvii) Change of greaves lub oil CI4- 10ltrs pack (xviii) Change of Radiator pre-mix greaves kOOL 10ltrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge. Note : (i) Spare parts/Engine oil/check kit/ filters shall be measured and paid for seperately under successive items. (ii) Servicing shall be carried out by authorised dealer of manufacturer.

(ii) Rate quoted by contractor includes the cost of small parts such as O rings, washers,nuts,bolts, gasket etc and repair such as oil cooler servicing,connecting rod grinding,etc as directed by Engr-in- Charge. )

Material and labour for repair/Overhauling of Diesel engine with centrifugal pump set 1500 RPM, 55 BHP, discharge capacity 108 mtr cube / Hour complete with cleaning and repair of fuel tank.Dismantling the same including wagter and electgric connection for complete servicing & repair by taking out/dismantling the whole assembly etc for complete repairing/servicing of engine and repair/repalacement of unserviceable/wornout parts,complete oiling,greasing ,and servicing of all the parts and reassembling complete and testing engine for proper functioning, set to site and fixing, connecting, commissioning and testing on load complete all as directed. Note: Overhauling has to be carry out only from authorised rep/service engr / service technician of manufacturer or dealer/stockist. No another mechanic is allowed to work on it. Service Engr / service technician has to submit his service report on each & every call / attendance/ service due dates as per schedule laid down by manufacturer as directed by Engr in charge.
