PART- A ( CIVIL WORKS ):- Survey, hydraullic/structural design, drawing, testing of soil bearing capacity and construction of water tight R.C.C. 6.00 MLD (for 16 hours pumping) Capcity rapid gravity treatment plant consisting of two equal units of presedimentation tank, inlet chamber, mixing unit, floculation unit, chemical house, laboratory, hopper bottom settling tanks, rapid sand filter of two equal units 3.00 mld each with alum doser & back wash arrangements, operation platform, clear water chember, approved filter media, 0.60 M wide appron, gate/sluice valves and their chembers and all other appurtinent works. Including supply and fixing pipe or making drain for proper drainage arrangement, MS pipes for connecting the units, electrification and lighting arrangement inside and outside of operating plateform and filter, mosiac flooring, doors and windows in operating room, painting, distempering and snowsem all inside and outside of WTP, three lair M. S. railing should be on stairs, filter all as required or as directed by Engineer in Charge. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in hill side cutting or in foundation, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (For all building works works including Site Development, except pipe line trenches)

R. R. Stone masonry in 1:6 cement and local sand mortar for protection works on all structures and pipe line.
R. R. Dry masonry for protection works on all structures and pipe line.
Ist class Brick Masonary in 1:6 cement sand mortar in foundation up to the plinth for cable trench or other works.
Providing and laying in position of reinforced cement concrete (R.C.C.) 1:2:4 for anchor block etc. in cement, sand & 20mm gauge stone ballast including cost of design etc for anchor blocks but excluding cost of shuttering.
Providing and laying in position of reinforced cement concrete (R.C.C.) 1:1.5:3 in cement, sand & 20mm gauge stone ballast including cost of design etc if required but excluding cost of shuttering.
Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete (P.C.C.) 1:2:4 in cement, sand & 20mm gauge stone ballast excluding cost of shuttering.
Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete (P.C.C.) 1:4:8 in cement, sand & 80mm gauge stone ballast excluding cost of shuttering.
Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases for columns etc.
Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Using mild steel Bars.
Supply and Carting of following sizes MSERW YST-210 pipe at site of work. (The contractor have to survey the site, take levels with total station, measure the length of pipe with metallic tape on prescribed alignment and submit the design of rising main for checking of thickness of pipe before ordering for supply of pipe. On completion of work the laid length of pipe will be deemed eligible for supply. The respective amount for quantity of surplus supply of pipes (which remained unlaid or unutilized) will be deducted from final bill and surplus quantity of pipes will be the property of contractor.)

Local Carting, Laying on precribed alignment, Jointing, Fixing, Testing and commissioning of following sizes MSERW YST-210 pipe in rising main in under ground trenches, including cutting, Laying and Jointing by welding with approved quality ISI marked electrodes of Adwani or Adore make, painting of pipe with anticorrosive 'Black Japan Paint' with primer, one coat of edible linseed oil on inner side of pipe, fixing valves on suitable locations, etc. with specials and fitting, complete.

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm, inside with 75 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse) for sluice/air valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm. as per standard design.
Supply of all materials, labours, T&P etc and construct of 2.0 M wide briddle path along the alignment of rising main for cartage of rising main and later on for effective maintenance including R. R. Dry masonry in Retaining or brest wall (as and where required, as per site requirement) .
Subsoil Investigation, drawing, design and construction of following capacity RCC semi sunk reservoir, including testing and commissioning for water tightness, cost of all pipes/fittings etc. required for inlet/outlet/washout/byepass, excavation for foundation, 0.60 M wide appron with drain, fixing water level idicator, lighening arrester, installation of 25 liter capacity chlorinator, MS ladder (inside and outside of CWR), MS manhole with locking arrangement, ventilator with mosquito net, railing at top dome, two coat snowcem/distemper/painting. carting & supply of scafolding & shuttering, making supply and cartage of all material, Labour and T&P etc, complete. (Cap. in KL)
Boundry wall, 1.50 M high (above natural or devaloped ground level) with 1/2 brick masonry in 1:4 mortar, including 0.23x0.23 M size brick masonry pillers on every 2.0 M or less than 2.0 M (as and where required, as per site requirement) around the C.W.R.'s / pumping stations for preventing approach of unathourised souls. The foundation should be with 50 CM wide, 10CM thick PCC 1:4:8 at ground of foundation trench and 1 1/2 brick (34.5 CM) thick and 30 CM high up to natural ground level.
