PART-I:- Material and labour for exterior painting work including complete removal of existing treatment and rubbish material till top surface of existing plaster and crack filling with crack seal upto 3mm where required and making good/smooth the surface with wall putty with silicon additives and sanding the surface for removal of loose particles and applying one coat of smartcare waterproof primer on old wall and chajjas with 10% of dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-algal and fungal properties, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- All treatment shall be done by applicator authorized by original equipment manufacturer with any mechanical means spray gun/roller. Make:- ASIAN PAINTS /BERGER /NEROLAC.

Material and labour for taking down old cement plaster of walls and perform waterproofing of exterior walls, including raking out joints, loose particles complete and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified high performance coating (Smartcare Ultra Block 2k) or equivalent approved make. The treatment shall be done from ground level upto suitable height as directed and providing of 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- All treatment shall be done by applicator authorized by original equipment manufacturer with any mechanical means spray gun/roller. Make:- ASIAN PAINTS /BERGER /NEROLAC.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on fair faces of RCC concrete surfaces and including applying cement slurry in bottom of slab, chajjas, fin, facias etc., and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry cement concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC @ 3%, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- water proofing compound shall be included in quoted rate.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement if any and Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle for grouting the surface well bonded with reinforcement (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in base flooring or chamfering in RCC Chajjas well proper slope well cemented and bonded with surface, 25mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and breaking up PVC drain pipes 75/110mm dia, fixed to walls, laid in floors or in trenches and removal of demolished materials from the site, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with adjustable clamps of bore 75mm, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 75mm bore jointed with solvent cement (fitted with or without oval access door), fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with adjustable clamps of bore 110mm, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110mm bore jointed with solvent cement (fitted with or without oval access door), fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes n.exc 100sqcm into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. reinforced or otherwise, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 32mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed as over flow pipe, complete, all as specified and directed.

20mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm - 210 gms /25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms)

32mm tank Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank, (Minimum weight 15mm-38gms/ 20mm - 45 gms /25mm-65gms), complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to leakage/seepage in sunken portion of WC/Bath/Kitchen from outside area duly taking down brick/ stone masonary or concrete surface upto the broken trap/ bend/ joint/ pipe of any description and rectify the leakage from joints with cement sand mortar/ replacement of CI/PVC trap/ bend/ joint/ pipe and make good the disturbed portion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5cm deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Joist channel, angle or tee section fixed independantly without connection plate etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to grade Fe.410-0.Gde-E-250 quality A, steel work, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
