Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, all as specified.Note : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately

Brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick (first layer 10mm thick and second layer of 5mm thick) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushion, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled sections as in Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240s, steel work complete , all as specified.

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe.410-0.Gde-E-250, steel work ,all as specified.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, all as specified and directed.

Part-II:- Point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor FRLS (Multi strand) PVC insulated ISI Marked unsheathed cable in and including concealed PVC conduits, medium grade, ISI marked not less than 25 mm dia and conforming to IS-9537 (Part-II) 1983 with all fittings/ accessories and also including PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor FLRS as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and including pressed steel/ cast iron of suitable sizes terminal boxes made from 1.60 mm thick sheet for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators, light fittings etc. covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet (Make Hylum or equivalent ISI marked) for one light point independent, controlled by one way switch/ push button complete all as specified and directed.

1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor size of 10 sqmm, complete all as specified.

Sheet metal enclosures for DBs when MCBs to be used, single pole and neutral (double Door), 4 way, 240 volts with 200 Amp rated bus bar, all as specified.

MCB SPN 6 to 40 Amp, 240 Volts, 10 KA all as specified.
