PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding over roof slab, roof kerbs or mud stop rounded or chamfered on edges.

10mm thick screed bed on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound before carrying out water proofing treatment over roof slab. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only

Normal water proofing treatment on roof slab portion consisting with the following operation : (i) Cleaning surface by wire brushes broom, removing dust and applying with bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384-1986 @ 0.50 kg per sqm (ii) Applying a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm for water proofing membrane (iii) Applying of polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3 kg per sqm over entire area with overlapping and sealed. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises.

Fixing only wall cladding tiles 30cm x 15cm x 7-8mm thick, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment on wall over and including 10mm thick backing coat to receive tiles in CM (1:3) finished even and rough. (Note :- Serviceable tiles obtained from Item No. 7 here-in-before shall be reused)

Wall cladding tiles 30cm x 15cm x 7-8mm thick, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment on wall over and including 10mm thick backing coat to receive tiles in CM (1:3) finished even and rough.

Machine cut kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick as in floor laid over cement screed bedding and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.

20 mm thick granite (of any type) work table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 m thick screed bed in Cement mortar (1:4).

Provision of making hole in marble / granite slab of cooking platform for cooking gas pipe etc by means of drilling machine n.exc 25 mm dia.

Supply and lay bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub-class B of size 230x113x75 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) ISI marked with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trench /poles/on wall.

Galvanized iron tubing 80mm bore light grade with all fitting for protection of UG cable, laid in trenches/wall/floor incl necessary clamp, bolt/nut if any. (Note: Excavation , earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Earthing complete with 2.5m CI pipe 80 mm dia with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class A, in any length, joints with suitable stainless steel nuts and bolts and sufficient slot up to 2 mtrs length buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top flanged ended 2 mtrs below ground level welded/ connected with GI strip 32×6mm size on the top edge of the flange to bottom edge of the flanged for earthing including filling the pit with charcoal common salt surrounding the earth pipe including drilling 400 mm dia bore in any strata of soil to lower the CI pipe complete including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 50 mm thick pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab and necessary testing on completion. .
