Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional Tenders Will not be accepted.

Mode of Payment (After receipt of inspection report and payment of each running account bill to the Executing Agencies.)

It shall be the responsibility of the Agency to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission. EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection. Tender Fee is not refundable.

Deductions shall be made from the consultants remuneration on account of the penalty due to the delay in the submission of reports.

The EXECUTIVE ENGINEER PWD Division Ballari Shall be the representatives of the Client to deal with Consultants in day-to-day work and instructions given by them in writing shall be valid and have to be honored by the Consultant.

As Per the Circular of the government of Karnataka No.PWD143 PRAMC EAD RSC 2019 Dated:16.03.2019 More than Rs.10.00 crores works the consultant has to submit Road safety audit report in prescribed format 3(Three)sets during Progress & Completion of the works

The Consultant shall issue interim quality and quantity certificates for progressive payment to the contractors and certify the completion of parts or the totality of the works.

All other Conditions as per Tender Document

The Consultancy charges shall be paid based on the quantity of executing the work or based on the service provided for the work.

All safety precautions, warning signs, night illumination, refectors,deployment of security guards has to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity.Contractor should indemnify the client to that extent

The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Standard Tender documents K/C-4

All precautions should be taken by the Consultants so that there are no damages to such public/ private properties

The Bidder shall not furnish any fake/fabricated/false information or withhold facts etc., if the bidder is found to have violated any of these above (found either during evaluation or after awarding the tender), the tender shall be rejected and action as per rules and regulations shall be taken against the Bidde

If any, additional information required, the same may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, PWD, Division, Ballari during of office hours on all working days. It may be noted that if any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a General Holiday, the next working day will be considered

As per Government circular no FD 355 EXP-12/2024 dtd01.08.2024, Letter of Intent (LoI) will be issued in Karnataka Public Procurement Portal 2.0 software, contractor has to accept LOI online and submit the BGs through KPP portal within 20 days. if not, tender will be rejected as per Guidelines.

Item including cost and conveyance of all materials lead and lift charges loading and unloading charges labor charges all incidental charges hire charges of all machinery and equipment required for successful completion of work etc. The work shall be executed as per standard technicals(if applicable)

The turnover certificate shall invariably contain UDIN

THE BIDDERS/CONSULTANTS ARE INSTRUCTED TO SUBMIT ONLY RELEVENT INFORMATION WITH RECORDS AS REQUIRED AND SPECIFIED IN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA.ANY JUNK, SUPERFLOUS AND UNNECESARY DOCUMENTS IF UPLOADED WILL TREATED AS MISLEADING AND SUCH TENDERS ARE LIABLE TO BE REJECTED

The tenderer shall note that rates quoted are inclusive of all taxes, GST etc., It may be noted that GST will not be paid separately

The Tenderer must submit Work Experience/Consultancy work done documents duly attested by Gazzeted Officer and also produce original documents to the Executive Engineer for confirmation.

The Rate quoted shall be include Remuneration for Key professional staff, Supporting Staff, Transportation, Duty Travel to Site, Office Rent, Office Supplies, Utilities and Communication, Office Furniture and Equipment, Reports and Document Printing, Surveys, all other taxes as applicable and other incidental items which are necessary for the successful completion of the work.

The Bidder should employ only registered employees/labours as per Govt. Circular No.PWD/198/BMS/2009/ Dated: 24-06-2009. As per EPF & MP act 1952 in respect of of the employees engaged by or through contractors, agencies and contractors shall have provident fund code no. & all the contract employees deployed by them are enrolled as members of provident fund.

Further particulars, if any, required by the Bidder can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer, PWD Division Ballari during office hours on all working days. It may be noted that if any of the dates mentioned above happens to be a holiday next working day will hold good in lieu of the dates mentioned.

The Employer reserves the right to reject one or all tender without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP.

It may be noted that the cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable.

Department will not supply any equipments/materials.

The tenderer should submit proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment and materials duly supported with broad calculations and quality management, plan, proposed to be adopted, justifying of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion.

The EMD shall be paid in full through e-payment in Favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Division, Ballari

As per Karnataka state government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01-01-2007 and Govt letter No.PW/134/BMS /2007/dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.
