SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL OF DRAWING AND DESIGN OF PACKAGE TYPE STP AND ALLIED INFRA(50 KLD capacity at EME BN) This will consist of following activities: (i) Site survey of area covering sewage network to be connected approx 40 Acre & preparation of L- section contour map & hydraulic design of sewage network to connect upto STP location for proper transportation of sewage. This include design of intermediate sumpwells for pumping of sewage due to ground slope design of manholes of different depth and design of pump set as per discharge capacity/ground requirement if any. (ii) Conducting test to determine the existing sewage parameter i.e. BOD, COD etc for fixing raw sewage parameter for arriving at reqmt of STP capacity. (iii) Preparation of proposed sewage network including pipeline and manholes with complete details i.e. design, drawing and calculations. Design of civil structure viz sump, Tanks, Pump House and related works. (iv) Propose Package type STP of suitable capacity as per raw sewage quality ascertained in Para (ii) above and required output BOD, COD, etc for discharge into ground/usage for agriculture. (v) Propose / design allied infra including electrical/mechanical infra as specified by OEM Package type STP catered /DG sets/control panel/pumps/pipe lines etc (vi) Design size of pipe line and layout as required on ground for disposal of leaked water for use in arboriculture. (vii) Preparation of detailed quantity estimate based on design. (viii) Submission of 02 sets of drawing, design in hard copy as well as soft copy. (ix) Complete vetting of Design, drawing from IIT/NIT/Govt Engg college where post graduation courses are available in environmental engineering to be obtained by the contractor & submit 01X hard copy and soft copy to GE 862 EWS for recommendation and ownward submission for CE Udhampur Zone for scrutiny and approval. (x) Submission of 02 set of drawing, design in hard copy as well as soft copy of complete DPR after incorporating corrections if any.

Total Amount of Sch 'A' Part - I B (STP) (quoted by contractor) as per Quantitities for supply, erection, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of STP plant and connected items of civil work submitted under phase-I.

Supplying, errection, testing and commissioning of package type STP based on MBBR technology of 35 KLD capacity alongwith all necessary civil works as per designed in Phase -I by OEM except serial item no 2.44 here-in-after.

(A) Internal Electrification work

LED tube light fittings retrofit batten in acrylic linear tube 20 watt, 230 V for LED tube light including 20 W LED power driver, connector block, etc complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells Cat part No LHEXBLP7PN 1W020 or equivalent make of Philips/ Bajaj.

LED lamp (Code LTHPLEDLAMP7W/B22) 7 W Make : C&S or equivalent.

LED light luminaire 25 watt powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact LED light with heat resistance toughed glass with lens and making connections with PVC copper conductor cable of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No (LTESSE25WLED 25 W), Make C&S or equivalent make of Bajaj/Philips.

Street light bracket make out of 25mm GI light grade pipe 1.2 mtr long bend to shape 120 degree and fixing on wall with 2 Nos of suitable sizes clamps including screws, complete fittings arrangement all as specified and directed.

300mm sweep 230V, AC 50 Hzs heavy duty Exhaust fan with 1400 RPM single phase with accessories, and connection from fan to connector by providing flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core upto ceiling rose all as specified and directed. Make : Havell's/Bajaj/Crompton.

Ceiling fan (5 star rated, white/ivory) electrically driven AC 230V 50 Hzs 1200 mm sweep complete connecting electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable 3 core .50 sqmm all as required at site or directed.

MCB SP 6 -32 Amp 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Storage water heater (geyser) 5 star rated as per BEE norms electrically operated suitable for 230 volts, 50 hz, AC supply system complete with porcelen/glass coated insulated heating element, copper tank, external thermostat and decorative plastic body of capacity 25 Ltrs, including 01 No CP connection for hot water and 01 No PVC connection for cold water complete all as specified & Directed. Make Havell's/ Bajaj/CG or equivalent.

(B) External Water Supply

Cutting, threading and inserting tee for taking new branch connection from existing pipe line of any size for the pipe size 25mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mono block pump set suitable for 415V, 3 phase of capacity 10 HP including starter & PCC fondation.

S&F, of fully automatic star delta starters in sheet metal enclousers 415 Volt 50 Hz with over load protector all as required of following capacity :- For Motor 10 HP Star delta type,3 phase , 415 Volts

M&L for re-routing of GI tubes of any size comes enroute of sewage lines. All as specified and directed at site. (Rates of GI tubing with fittings of any size required at site shall deemed to be included in this item).

(B) External Electric Supply

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing Diesel Engine driven generating set complete with acoustic enclosure and contyrol system for 30 KVA output site i.e. at an altitude of 3000 feet above MSL after de-rating AC 415 volts, 50 HZ C/S , 3 phase 4 wire directly coupled complete with self starting system including accessories, equipment control panel etc as detailed below :- (a) ALTERNATOR :-30 kva OUTPUT OF 0.80 pf ac 3 PHASE 4 WIRE 415 VOLTS 50 c/s, Self existed , self regulated, screen protected driptype with two end shield ball/roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces as per IS-4772 of BS 1613-870 all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/Crompton/Standford (b) DIESEL ENGINE :- Diesel engine water cooled and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly theough flexible coupling, multicyonder four stroke, cold starting 1500 RPM industrial type as per BS-649 or IS-1601 suitable to regulate speed of DG Set from No load to full load complete with fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer's recommendations, fuel lines , exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and silencer mufflers etc for continous operation and standard accessories, sump pre heaters ect all as specified and directed. Make : Kriloskar/Greaves/Cumines.

(f) NOTE : All accessories prewired with suitable sixe PVC insuilated copper conductor cable of appropriate size including conections from DG set all as required at site including foundation as per manfacturer's recommendations.

S & F junction box made of MS sheet 1.6mm thick size 30x30x10cm including fixing arrangements including clamp nut bolts and washer mounted on steel tubular pole icluding aluminium busbar 20cm long 02 Nos mounted on porcelain insulators complete all as specified and as direted.

S & F New generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life Versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP65 roadway luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver of 48W LED 6000K and necessary connections with over head line street light feeder with 4 Sqmm PVC insulated aluminium conductor twin core cable 1100 volts upto 5 Mtr length complete all as specified and directed.

S & F installation testing and commising of LT electric panel size 1.5 x1.5x 0.6 metre totally enclosed (Factory , Fabricated). Outdoor type, double door powder coated inside & outside made out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick with front opening having locking arrangement spary painting internally/externally , including internal wiring with suitable size of copper strip bus bar chamber 3 phase and four wire type system 415 volts 50 Hz consisting of copper bus bar of capacity 100 Amps and consisting of the following :- Incoming :- (a) MCCB (Thermal adjustable type) 100 Amp with , 4 Pole,35KA - 01 No. (b) Volt meter 0 to 500 Volts, Square flush pattern, digital type – 01 No (c ) Amp meter square flush pattern 0 to 400 Amps digital type -01 No. (d) Indicating lamp LED type one set in incoming phases. (e) Internal wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded cable 1100 Volt grade IS 694 marked of appropriate gauge including all copper lugs Out going:- (a) MCCB (Thermal adjustable type) 63 Amp with , 4 Pole,25KA - 03 No.

M&L for re-routing of XLPE cable of any size comes enroute sewage lines. All as specified and directed at site. (Rates of XLPE Cable required at site shall deemed to be included in this item).
