Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

Applying Priming evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq. m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Chicken Wire mesh fixed on old and new stone walls surface before plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 backing coat and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as finished coat finished even and smooth without using extra cement on fair faces of stone wall complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonary or brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,in hard/dense soil including removing of soil all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully main switch /DB with MCCBs/MCBs of any capacity/size etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc including making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
