S&F 8 Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for framed work such as grills, grating, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways railing framework of water tank and siliar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces n.exc. 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft /loose soil

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concreting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , filling & mass conc , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface and appplying two coats of cement base paint over priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F of Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe.410.Gde-E-250 quality A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
