SH-I : Comprehensive Maintenance Contract Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for Addressable alarm system consisting of various equipments like Edwards make panel , graphics software, repeater panel, smoke detectors-intelligent addressable units (below false ceiling + above false ceiling), duct detectors , AHU control units, addressable heat detectors, manual call points, response indicators, hooters, short circuit isolators etc. alongwith PA system at Operational Office Building and Hydrant / Sprinkler pipe lines consisting of valves , hydrants and hydrants boxes , sprinkler bulbs etc at operational office building and hanger nos. 19-20 including daily maintenance / servicing as and when required as per special condition of contract and manufacturers recommendation.

SH-II : One time Repairing and Overhauling work Supply installation Testing & Commissioning of single headed G.M. ISI marked oblique pattern landing valve Type 'A' with 80mm dia. Flanged inlet & 63mm dia instanteous type female outlet complete with A.B.S plastic cap and chain twist release type lug and all accessories complete

Supply installation Testing & Commissioning of Fire Double door Hose Box Glasses of approximate size 16" X 9.5 " so as to fix suitably in the existing boxes.

Supply installation Testing & Commissioning ISI marked 63mm dia 15m long hose pipe with G.M. male & female couplings (ISI marked) bound & riveted to hose pipes with copper wire as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisssioning of G.M 63mm dia. Short brach pipe (ISI marked) with 20 mm dia nozzle

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisssioning of weather proof Hose Cabinet of size 28.5 "X 23 " X 9.5" fabricated out of 1.6mm thickness M.S. sheet complete with glass infront, hanging locking arrangements, suitable to accommodate all the necessary pipes, accessories, fitting etc.

Supply of 7AH , 12V sealed maintenance free battery alongwith buy back of old battery

Supply of 26AH , 12V sealed maintenance free battery alongwith buyback of old battery

Providing assistance for obtaining fresh NOC from statutory Govt. department (State Fire Services) for existing Fire Fighting system comprising of all Fire Fighting equipment’s like pumps, pipe lines, hydrant/ Sprinkler system, fire alarm, etc. for the following existing establishments by preparation and submission of all necessary documents i/c drawings, applications in prescribed format etc. to the statutory bodies and necessary liaison to obtain such NOC

i) AAI Operational building, NSCBI, Kolkata – covered area : - 4 floors each of about 3680 sq. Mtr. Total : 14,720 sq,.mtr. (Approx.)

ii) Hanger No. 19 & 20– covered area : - 2os. Each of about 2500 m2. Total : 5000 sq. Mtrs. (app.) [Note : All necessary fees to be paid to the Govt. Dept. for this purpose will be paid by AAI or will be reimbursed based on documentary evidence.]

The execution of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2018 of estimated amount of Rs 2,00,000.00 Items mentioned in Chapter 1 to Chapter 17 including Appendix-I & II as when required basis for repair/maintenance/ addition / alteration etc. [Quoting in the Rate 10% below the Estimated amount of Rs 2,00,000.00 means amount will be Rs. 1,80,000/-. Similarly Quoting in the Rate 10% above the Estimated amount of Rs 2,00,000.00 means amount will be Rs.2,20,000/-] (Note: Payment of DSR rate will be made after deduction of GST considered in the Rate of DSR-2018)
