Digitisation of highways land records by conducting survey by Total Station / Lidar method which includes collection of coordinates of Road geometry, permanent structures, Footover bridges, subways, grade separators, median, divider, all utilities of line Departments,Survey of Junctions, Trees, boundary stones, km/hm stones and all signages, All permanent structures abutting roads, Special mention to public buildings (schools, hospitals, bus shelters, etc) adjoining the road and all water bodies, etc and all other datas required for the departmental engineers,and superimposing the collected data with the field maps ,including supply and erection of boundary stones at all survey points ,and submission of reports as specified by the departmental engineers in the various formats like excel, word, Autocad, Jpeg, pdf etc., and all other charges including service tax

1.1) Conducting topo survey using total station including taking levels in every 25m interval in longitudinal direction and at road center ,both edges of carriageway,shoulder edges,for preparation of estimate under smart city scheme in Thoothukudi Corporation limit in road including preparation of detailed topo drawing in 1:1000 scale and submission of soft copy in Autocad format

1.2) Collection and analysis of FMB sketches,A register,Adangal etc., complete of existing road land & near FMB to know the land owners details to be received from the Revenue Department for identification of encroachments in Thoothukudi Corporation in Road

1.3) Scanning and Digitization of FMB maps which are procured from Revenue Department , using D-GIS Digital Geographic information System) duly involving the following works : .Preliminary Data Preparation and idendification of FMBs falling under Thoothukudi Corporation Roads boundary with the help of available Highways drawings. Pre process and Geo reference FMB map along with processed field control points .Preparation of Geo reference Topo plan of Highways with actual land boundary of road and measurements in Thoothukudi Corporation Roads. Preparation and superimposing topo drawing and of Digitalized FMB map using AutoCAD software.Extract the land width details as per standard format for submitting the same to Highways Depart / Revenue Department / Tamilnadu State Govt. including field Survey by taking field mesurements for the available land details of Thoothukudi Corporation roads. Scope of Work: a) Taking field measurement for the Existing ROW Details and extract Co-ordinates for our ROW using AutoCAD. b.Preparation of land and setting -out fixing of right of way by wooden pegs for inspection purpose or RCC Pillars eracted

1.4) Checking of existing Road way boundary with reference to Road way boundary plans and revenue maps and digitalized FMB maps and fixing of proposed land roadway boundary by wooden pegs for inspection purpose of higher authority duly involving the following works etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer - in -Charge. *Attribute Input from FMB/Town Survey Sketch and A Register details. Geographic Information System (GIS) drawing. Conduct GIS Analysis and generate output showing available land details of the Roadway

1.5) The RCC pillars for each and every boundary corner or equal interval distance to be fixed (where the survey stones/ROW stones are not available)at a size of 0.15m x 0.15m and height of 1.0m of which 0.6m above gound level and 0.4m below ground level and grouted in PCC 1:4:8 of 30cm3 for identification of Corporation roads maintaining by Highways Department. All the pillars to be painted in yellow enamel paint for identification of Thoothukudi Corporation Roads maintaining by Highways Department.
