Civil works

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, leading, hoisting, fixing in position, labour, conveyance, scaffolding, welding & cost for undertaking the ESMP requirements. etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers at site but excluding cost of priming coat for beams, plates chequered plates, etc.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position using structural steel, etc. as required in stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including cost of labour, conveyance, scaffolding & cost for undertaking the ESMP requirements etc all complete as directed by the departmental officers at site but excluding cost of priming coat

Providing and fixing GI section (Round / Square / rectangular shape) hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, catwalk railing, staircase railing and similar works, including Labour, Conveyance, Scaffolding charge etc all complete but excluding priming coat

Supplying and fixing metric Threaded Rod / bolt with 1 or 2 nuts anchor Grade 8.8 (Carbon steel, zinc-plated), 20 mm Dia (HILTI make ANCHOR ROD HIT-V-8.8 M20 or approved similar characteristic brand) Length of the rod and embedment length is as per approved drawing with Highquality bonded chemical anchor based on epoxy resin (HILTI make HIT-RE 500 V4 EPOXY ANCHOR or approved similar characteristic brand) to the concrete. The product should be approved by ETA, ICC, CSTB,COLA, BZS with shock approval, seismic (C1 & C2) approval, Fatigue and Fire approvals in anchors to use in cracked/un- cracked concrete, tested for service temperature of – 40 deg. C to + 80 deg. C. The chemical should have an ETA approval for 100 years age testing and EJ document of 120 years age. Anchoring with Threaded Rod / bolt anchor with High-quality bonded anchor based on epoxy resin to be designed as per guide lines of TR 029 / EN 1992 - 4. Drilling hole with double flute type drill bits / hollow drill bits to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush and jet of clean air or with Safe set Hollow Drill Bit technology to ensure dust free clean holes and proper bonding of chemical to the required depth, filling resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error with standard battery dispenser along with piston plug (HDE 500-22 Cordless adhesive dispenser or similar ). Including labour, conveyance,scaffolding & short outturn on labour etc complete. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufactures recommendations and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer two coat or more of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works including conveyance, labour charge and scaffolding etc complete after cleaning the surface, etc. all complete as directed by the departmental officers at site

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including preparation of surface, conveyance, labour charge and scaffolding etc. complete.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work including labour, conveyance, scaffolding charge etc all complete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates,boltd, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.80x0.90 mm M.S. laths with 0.90 mm thick to cover

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Providing mechanical device chain and crank operation for operating rolling shutters.Exceeding 10.00 sqm and upto 16.80 sqm in the area, including drilling hole( Various depth & dia) on concrete wall for connecting crank handle with gear box and crank vertical shaft, including labour, conveyance , scafolding charges etc all complete
