Providing,supplying and erection of Gazebo with seating arrangement (Drawing No: Coc/GZB/2023/001) using Framework of Main Vertical support of 150x150x4mm and 100x50x3 mm tubular sections as horizontal members and 50x50x3.6mm as rafter members and 25x25x2 mm as purlin for support of mangalore tiles, flooring with vertified tiles & seating with granite as directed by engineer in charge, transportation including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as per drawing.( Reception Lounge )

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete including cost of suplly of materials ,all charges etc complete as directed.

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete-Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm including cost of suplly of materials ,all charges etc complete as directed.

Providing and fixing Neelgiri/ Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light, watering,with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly as per direction of officer incharge .

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge with all tools & plants ,labour charges etc complete as directed.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Providing & laying Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge ,including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Providing and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete of approved quality in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge ,including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.
