Supply and fix GI pipe Medium grade 150 mm bore galvanized with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix GI pipe Medium grade 80 mm bore galvanized with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe Medium grade 25 mm bore galvanized with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in 25 mm bore Gate valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing 300 mm dia DI/CI pipe, insertion of Tee 300 x 300 x 150mm with necessary mechanical joints for taking branch connection to new accn complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 M deep for taking out / laying cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above starting point all as specified

Supply and lay approved quality sand underneath and all around the underground cable in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid seperately]

Material and labour for bricks sub class B old size in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling the road / hard standings/Pole foundation cut for laying cable with PCC 1:2:4, type B2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and connecting up through trench cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe of size 100 mm bore light grade for cable protection in road crossing/other location complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hot deep galvanised octagonal pole 9 mtr long inclding 1.5m single arm bracket with foundation plate & bolt to PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. [Make- Calcutta Poles & Tubes, cat No- CPT-9030]

S&F LED street light fitting 120 watt, complete all as specified and directed. [Make-CG, Cat Part No-LSTP-120-CDL-M]

Supply, laying and connecting up through trench cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6.0 sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI Pipe electrode, 40 mm bore, Medium grade, 2.5 mtr long buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at ground level after making manual bore hole of size not less than 300 mm dia and 2.65 Mtr long near the specified bldg, connected with galvanised steel strip earthing lead of size 32mmx 6mm all as shown in Plate No-2, connected to the earthing test point, concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with RCC precast pit cover slab 80mm thick with handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS rod, wiremesh, charcoal and salt in alternate 150mm thick layers around CI earth pipe, including necessary returning filling in & removal all as specified or indicated in SSR Part-I, including testing to achieve earth resistance value as per IS specification on completion and all as specified and directed.
