Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 mtrs in (Pick Jumper work in hard rock) i.e 50% Pick work, 50% Jumper work .)

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work blasting work in soft or hard rook or by cum chiselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prchibited in all leads and lif-ts including trimming and dewatering where ever required dressing of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavaton and then returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinths, side of foundation etc. Consolidating each deposited layers by remming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lilfts.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1 : 4 : 8 . ( 1 cement : 4 sand and : 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth upto all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Squared rubble masnory coursed with hard stone of approved quaility in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortor 1:4 (1cement :4 sand) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lilfts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floor roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entiresatisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Tor steel reinforcement for work includingin position including cost of binding wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work bolted in built up section cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and supplying a priming coat of red lead paint.in trussed steel bridges

Byond 15 mtrs but up to 30 mtrs span

Providing corrugated G.I. Sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. Limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins refters and trusses. 0.80mm thick sheet.

Providing & fixing 40mm dia G.I. pipe railing in two rows with angle iron 65x65x8mm as per drawing complete in all respect.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of zinc coated MSERW (bevelled edge flanged/ Butt welded pipes having MS flanges @ 4% of tatal length and Butt weld @ 96% ) pipe conforming to IS: 3183-2012 of below mentioned grades in items as per dimensions, weight and test pressure mentioned there in code in random lengths of 6 to 7 mtrs including the cost of fabrication of bends by butt welding from parent tube as required at site. The laying & jointing of pipes should conform to IS: 5822-1994 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (earth work in trenches & flanged joints to be measured and paid for seprately).

Providing,Laying , jointing and testing in trenches of GMS pipe by way of circumfrentional butt welded 94 % joints butt welded & 6 % flanged pipes including cost of flanged bends of all degrees confirming to IS 1239-2004 ( Medium class) with upto date ammendements) as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random lenght of 4 to 6 metres including specials short pieces bends, reducers tees etc. made from parent tube. The butt welded joints as per table below duly nwelded in three layes ( one inner and two outer ) with pipes at at both ends as per relevent BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes confirming to BIS 1364 ( with upto date ammendments). The laying of pipe shall include all operational nsuch as cutting welding, jointing, providing & fixing of fabrication of bends, tees required level including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete nin all respect to the stisfaction of Engineer in Charge.The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radious not less than five times the dia of pipe ( earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separatly) The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of advani Overlikon/ L& T or ISI marked make . The rates also includes materials.

Providing and welding M.S. flanges (@ 6% of taal Joints) conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (last with upto date amendments) with plane end GI pipe in requsite/ three number of layers (One inner two outer) on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of pipes to be measured and paid for separately) welding of flanges should conform to IS 816-1969 with elect5rodes as per IS 814: 1991 and jointing of flange should be with required mumber of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364 including cost of gasket sheet, nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet should not be less then 3.00 mm conforming to IS: 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Construction of Inspection Hut : Survey, srtuctural designing to be approved by competent authority and C/O Inspection hut as per specifications i/e all allied civil work including site development, including internal / external Electrical work wiring, sanitary work, excavation in foundation in all kinds of soils, C/O Toilets, C/O Septic Tanks of capacity for required users, External solar powered street lighting, External Landscaping complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site develipment required as per site conditions ( refer datasheat No. 1 for technical specification).
