Cutting down vegetation growths like plants/ trees of girth n. exc 15cm from roof tops/ sides, external walls of bldgs, chajjas, wall juctions at junction of rain water/ CI waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quality of concrete in roofs embedded in walls/ slab surfaces making good affected locations and applying approved chemical (herbal medcine) to arrest further growth and making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 or CM (1:2) complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of scaffoloding/ staging upto four storey height bldgs.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250 quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Notes: - (a) The rates are inclusive of removal for any type of old water proofing treatement over main RCC slab. (b) Bidders are advised to visit the site and esure about site condition before quoting their rates. Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200 ml per bag of cement (50 Kg) or as per manufacturers instruction on roof top while concrete is green to become integrated part of concrete padding layer and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof surface comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top :- (a) Applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters per sqm confirming to IS 3384 over plastered surfaces of roof. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.50 kgs per sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt central core fabric (weight not less than 160 GSM) and coated on both side with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-prefabricated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.
