Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position 130 mm thick factory made Expanded Polystyrene Core (EPS Core ) wall panels consisting of (EPS Core ) wall panels consisting of EPS Core sandwiched between two engineered sheet of welded wire fabric mesh duly finished with shortcreting materials on outer faces. The fabric mesh shall be made of 3mm dia zinc coated GI wire mesh with 50 mm pitch in both the directions and on both faces of wall and connected by GI wire mesh with 50mm pitch in both direction and all both faces and connected by GI wire of 3mm dia by welding The EPS core shall be consist of 60mm thick EPS density not less than 16kg .Both outer face of panel shall be finished by applying the layer of 35mm thick cement mortar1.3 with the help of shortcreting or guniting,equipment etc at pressure not less than 1 bar and both surface finished with trowel. Fixing operation of wall panels shall be completed all respect as per drawing and specification and under the over all direction of the Engineering in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing Double level Counter, first step at 750 mm from ground and Counter top at 1100 mm level and 300 mm wide. 12mm thk acrylic sheet (pure white in color) to be used for counter top on 25 mm thick commercial ply. Under counter storage unit (below 900 mm) to be fixed with individuual locks and handles as per app. 12 mm L shape laminated strip of 150 x 200 to be fixed with 12 mm ply at 850mm. Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made out of single piece extruded solid PVC foam profile with homogeneous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62 mm width & 32 mm thickness, frame will be mitred & jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm & PVC solvent cement, including fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia & length anchor fastener as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness,fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, locking arrangement etc complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge( For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).
