Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in positioin and binding all complete above plinth level: Thermo Mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Structural steel work in angles to fabricate in Y or U shape sections suitable for fixing of Concertina coil on boundary wall including cutting, hoisting, welding, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

6mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering/gas cutting and stacking within 50 mt lead in : Channels, angles, tees and flats.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertinal coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.0m apart and with 9 horizontal RBT reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of engineer in charge, with reinforced barbed tape (RBT) / spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.mm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre (cost of MS angle, CC blocks shall be paid separately).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Repair and refixing of existing steel angles fabricated in Y or U shape suitable for fixing of Concertina coil including cutting, hoisting, welding, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Dismantling Concertina coil and stacking within 50mt lead.(Length of the boundary wall will be measured for payment)

Insertion of reinforcement bars of any diameter in to beams or columns by making holes from 50mm to 100mm deep and grouting with Fosroc Lock Fix Polyester Resin Anchoring Epoxy Cement Grout or equivalent. Cost of reinforcement bars will be paid separately in reinforcement item.
