TABLE OFFICE CLERK [FD-1004] Removing the unserviceable table top and supply and fix new table top of size 1199mm x 590mm made out of pre-laminated particle board of 18mm thick existing shade one side of decorative veneer and other side off white (exterior grade) includidng 4mm thick teak wood edging duly (french polished all around) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable table top and supply and fix new table top of size 1650mm x 1080mm x 18mm thick made out of Pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated at one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination. Teakwood beeding of size 45mm x 20mm shall be provided all around, all wooden surfaces shall be finished with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable leg and supply and fix new leg of existing size and shape made out of well seasoned 1st class Hard Wood( teak wood) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged long rail of table dinning 6 persons and S & F new long rail of size 90mm X 45mm X 1500mm 1st class seasoned teak wood duly polished and shown on Drg and complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged short rail of table dinning 6 persons and S & F new long rail of size 90mm X 45mm X 1500mm 1st class seasoned teak wood duly polished and shown on Drg and complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening of Leg Frame of Table Dining using Bamboo/Teakwood nails complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old damaged pre-laminated paricale board top of Office table with drawer double storage unit of size 1500mm X 900 mm Table Office Officer Steel, S & F new 18mm pre-laminated paritcle board exterior grade, one side decorative veneer finishing & other side balancing white of table as per existing shape and size with 4mm thick polished teak wood beading all round, all as per drg and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F two way locking device with lock box including lock of almirah Steel Medium / Large including taking down unserviceable locking device with lock box and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150 mm long chromium plated cast iron handles for "Almirah steel large / medium " including removeing unserviceable handles and complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable front leg and supply and fix new leg as existing made out of well seasoned HW(teak wood) all as per drg size 433mm x 55mm x 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable back leg and supply and fix new leg as existing made out of well seasoned 1st Class Hard Wood (teak wood) all as per drg size 855mm x 55mm x 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable prelaminated particle board from leg board of Bed hard. S & F new prelaminated particle board 12mm thick as existing (exterior grade) in leg board size of 664mm x 300mm both side with decorative choice lamination complete all as specified and directed.

TEAPOY VERANDAH [FD/E6/MAP/17 (R) ]

Removing unserviceable top and S & F new top of size 750mm x 425mm x 18mm made out of prelaminated particle board of existing shade (one side decorative veneer and other side off white) ( exterior grade ) including 4mm thick teak wood edging duly french polished all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old damaged wire mesh of tepoy varandha and S & F new wire mesh painted with two coats of black enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint including necessary welding complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable top of Teapoy and S & F new top made out of prelaminated particle board size 600mm x 450mm x18mm/19mm exterior grade, one side decorative lamination & other side balancing white with 4mm thick HW (Teak wood) beading all around the top shall be fixed as existing Rest all as per drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged long rail of teapoy and S & F new long rail of seasoned 1st class seasoned teak wood of size 30mm x 20mm x 600mm and two coats of french polish complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged leg of teapoy and S & F new leg of seasoned 1st class seasoned teak wood of size 30mm x 60mm x 540 mm all as specified and two coats of french polish complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged bottom rail of teapoy and S&F new Bottom rail of seasoned1st class teak wood of size 20mm X 30mm X450 mm two coats of french polish and complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable top of table centre, S & F new top made out of prelaminated particale board exterior grade, one side decorative lamination & other side balancing white edge shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading as existing size 1000mm x 500mm x18/19mm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old damaged legs of table centre and S & F new legs of size 60mm X 30mm X 400 mm of 1st class seasoned teak wood as per existing shape and size including polishing all as per drg and complete all as specified and directed..

Removing of old damaged Top of Table bed side (Drg No FD-210,276,248) and S & F new top of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board one side decorative face and other side balancing white face exterior grade OSD of size 230mm X 450mm with 4mm teakwood biding (Front side) polishing and complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged left / right side of Table bed side and S & F new side of 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board one side decorative face and other side balancing white face exterior grade OSD of size 230mm X 510mm with 4mm teakwood biding (Front side) polishing and complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged 6 mm commercial ply BWR to back side of table bed side and S & F of new 6 mm ply to back side of table bed side and complete all as specified and directed.

PEG TABLE [FD-384]

Removing unserviceable top and S & F new top made out of prelaminated particle board exterior grade, one side decorative lamination & other side balancing white, edge shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beeding as existing. Rest all as per drawing size 450mm x 300mm x 18 mm thick and complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged leg of table peg and S & F new leg of seasoned 1st class teak wood of size 20mm X 50mm X 380 mm and two coats of french polish and complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged long rail of table peg and S & F new long rail of seasoned 1st class teak wood of size 20mm X 40mm X 450 mm pecified and two coats of french polish and complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged short rail / Bottom rail of table peg and S & F new short rail / Bottom rail of seasoned 1st class teak wood of size 20mm X 40mm X 380 mm all as specified and two coats of french polish and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and setting of 100 mm thick (30 density) foam cusion for Sofa set with cover of tapestry cloth of approved quality including white colour astra covering below cover, including removing old covers as per Drg complete all as specified and directed.

POLISHING Prepare the existing surface of wooden surfaces by sand papering removing the stains and filling the bore holes, cracks by putting bees wax and apply French Polish to the exposed surface uniformly complete all as specified and directed.
