Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats and shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 sqm each complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel sections (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, independent fixing with welding etc. including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S & F 0.80mm thick Galvanised,corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, L type or J type hooks in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S & F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc or by L type or J type hooks in roofs, walls etc. complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S & F 1.00mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc or by L type or J type hooks in roofs, walls etc. complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S & F 2nd class Hard wood scanttlings, wrought in any position for framed work jointing wirh nails, screws, nut bolt etc. including necessary supports to existing truss complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping roof , of grid size 600x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick decorative pre -painted, non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/wooden truss of any type and dismantalling of existing false ceiling complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Eternit, Everest or equivalent)

M&L Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm nominal size, crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab or of similar type including necessary form work complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete in all respect as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 30 here-in-before but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete in all respect as specified and directed.
