Satisfactorily completed, at least one similar Contract of Providing Services Vehicle Services of value not less than Rs.25.00 Lakhs in last five years 2018-19 to 2022-23 (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government/ Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards/Urban local bodies) (for Four Vehicles)

Registration Certificate issued by ROC

Provident fund (PF) Registration Certificate: (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

ESI department Registration Certificate: (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

GST Registration Certificate : (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

Service provider should have minimum 3 years experience in the field of providing Hiring for Vehicle services. (Service provider needs to submit the firm/Company registration certificates /IT return by the competent authority)

Annual financial turnover of Rs.50.00 lakhs should be achieved in at least two financial years in last five years i.e., 2018-19 to 2022-23 (Attach Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant with profit loss statement with UDIN Number)
