M&L for 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with partical board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood plain, framed pannelled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board wiyh commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per (IS : 1003 part-I , kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L glazed & skeleton shutters 35mm thick 2nd class Hard wood open rebated & prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. edges of framaing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. sized of members of shutter with three number of pannels complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of plain 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with ms square tube, with wooden grain printed PVC sheet used inserted of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of ms tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 25 mm thick 100% solid WPC (wood polymer composite) laminated flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K value 57-60 ( suspension grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibers ( Wood powders / rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives made from extension process WPC foam sheet single extruded (Inner) with having minimum density not less than 650 kg kg/cbm, an ISO 9001-2015 certified company, having good screw holding capacity (Screw withdrawal strength of 200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge) minimum compissive of 50N/mm2 Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of class A category property of being Termite/ borer free, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter and fixing stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws including necessary Locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. S&F factory made 100% solid WPC (Wood polymer composite) Door frame 90mm X 45mm (Moulded) single rebated made from wood polymer composite (single extruded process material comparison of virgin PVC polymer of k value 57-60 (Suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (Wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and Non toxic additives fabricated with meter joints after applying PVC solvent cement & screwed with full body treaded star headed screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cbm, an ISO 9001-2015 certified company, having good screw holding capacity (screw withdrawal strength of (Min 990 N ), minimum compressive strength of 58n/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 900N mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being Termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant & fixed with position with SS dash fasteners / Hold fast of required dia and length, all as per specifications drawings as directed by the Engineer-In-charge.
