Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etcand removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick rectangular area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm n exc 0.11 sqm as in floors etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, etc including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick rectangular area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm n exc 0.36 sqm as in floors etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, etc including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8 to 9 mm/ 450 x 350 x 8 to 9 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting,dado,etc and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat of 10 mm thk in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roof, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits o floor or roof beams, beam haunhings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams etc as in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as directed.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for col hooking ends and binding with and including mile steel wire non less than 0.9 mm dia securing with clips in quality complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per item No. 08 above, but 6mm to 8mm dia quality confirming complete all as spd and directed.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Machine cut granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like laid over & including 10mm thick bedding /backing coat in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of slab complete all as specified and as directed.
