Cutting in earth work all kinds of soils and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of any metres such as pick work , jumper work, pick work,pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomrate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out of watering/dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge within any leads including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (One Cement: two Sand:Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies,beams,girders,bressumers and contilever within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry /polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement :Six sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand ) within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs ,landings and the like floor etc. upto any thickness.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete uptofloor any level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (Twenty five ) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designd as per requirement of I.S code and P.W.D specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer - in - Charge prior to the casting . The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per diretion of Engineer-In-charge. i) Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m (Zero point one metre ) thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor all level.

Providing and laying upto first floor any level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement :two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20mm(twenty millimeter) nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface including centering and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement in string courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain windows sills and the like within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm(Fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor any level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:6 (One Cement:six Sand) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm (Twenty millimetre) Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor any level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement:three Sand) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth Priming coat with distemper primer within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
