Dismantling Work

Carefully removal of existing paver block including bedding of any thickness as directed. Carting away debris out of campus to non-objectionable place. Paver block to be handed over to IIMA and stored as directed.

Sub-structure

Excavation in all types of soils for foundations up to 1.5 mtr depth, including backfilling the sides and compacting using compactor machine and flooding, shoring and strutting sides as required and disposing surplus earth as directed, all complete. The rates shall include excavation, loading, transporting and unloading the surplus excavated material out side the campus. Actual excavated volume to be measured and paid.

Providing & Laying machine mixed PCC vibrated or compacted using compactor machine of proportion 1:4:8 ,including curing, etc. all as per specifications. Actual net compacted volume filled shall be measured and paid.

UP TO PLINTH LEVEL: Providing and laying brick masonry work with well burnt 1st class approved bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4coarse sand) in true line level and plumb for wall foundation, trenches, pedestals, columns, compound wall, steps, pillars etc. curing etc. complete as directed and specified. The rate shall be inclusive of toothing for connecting new wall to existing wall and providing recesses for sleeves as directed. Basic rate of brick = Rs. 6/- per NOS.

Providing & fixing 100mm dia PVC sleeve in brick wall as directed.

RCC WORK - Providing and laying machine mixed and vibrated Reinforced cement concrete conforming to grade M25 (1:1:2) (IS 456-2000) at any depth or height, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, compacting with vibrators, curing, etc, complete - Plinth Beam.

REINFORCEMENT - Providing & Fixing TMT (Fe500) steel Reinforcement for R.C.C including transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending and placing in position at all levels and binding with 16 gauge binding wire in SS. The rate include for binding wire which will not be measured separately for payment. Quantity of steel as per drawing (BBS) and with authorized overlaps only shall be measured and paid for.

Super-structure

Providing and laying EXPOSED BRICK WORK of well burnt 1st class bricks with good crushing strength in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in true line level and plumb for wall foundation, trenches, pedestals, columns, compound wall, steps, pillars etc. complete with necessary scaffolding, curing etc. complete as directed and specified. The rates shall be inclusive of toothing for connecting new wall to existing wall and making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12 mm deep complete in cement mortar on both side of wall. Basic rate of brick = Rs. 12/- per NOS.

EXOPSED RCC WORK - Providing and laying machine mixed and vibrated Reinforced cement concrete conforming to grade M25 (1:1:2) (IS 456-2000) at any depth or height, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, compacting with vibrators, curing, etc, complete - Coping

FLUSH POINTING NEW SURFACE: Providing cement flush or raised pointing in 1:2 Cement mortar prop. Including the racking of joints and filling with cement sand mortar. ( Matching to existing IIMA boundary wall)

Providing ,Fabricating & Erection of MS work for barbed fencing with TWO COATS of enamel paint over one coat of primer it as per standard specifications.

Mild steel Base plate with necessary lugs, size 100x100x8mm thick

Mild Steel angle 35x35x5mm thick

Providing & fixing in position GI Barbed Wire of 14 swg double strand fixed on MS angle above boundary wall including pins, etc., complete. Total 8 row of barbed wire as per existing boundary wall. Each raw will be measured and paid for in RMT.
