Minimum 01 No of safaiwala alongwith necessary tools will be required to report to complaint cell (M'House) to collect the complaint slip from concrened JE on normal working hours from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs on all working days but on demand for Sundays, Holidays, additional working hours also, contractor shall provide the same to meet the requirements. As per numbers of complaints additional Sweeper/Helper shall also be provided by the contractor but no claim on this account shall be admissible as the payment is to be made per complaint. 3. In case of absence of the Safaiwala with tools at Complaint Cell on any working day or on the particular day for which demanded, a penalty of Rs 500/- per day shall be effected from the dues of the Contractor . 4. Necessary complaint register and printed complaint slip as per specimen given by the Engineer-in-Charge shall also be arranged/provided by Contractor. On receipt of complaint, concerned JE fill the slip and handover it to Contractor/Contractor Rep who will re-submit it to JE after attending complaint duly signed by Rep of user, to keep it in safe custory .

Removal of blockage in between two manholes of underground sewage line of any type and size upto 200 mm dia by means of mechnical rodding with vibrations/drilling concept. A trolley mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine for the execution of item shall have to be provided by the contractor. Blocked material, slugging obtained during execution of this item shall be removed from the site through trolly mounted motor out of defence land. Sewage line between existing two manholes shall be flushed with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum type machine suitably mounted on HCV having facilities of hydraulic applications with suitable size of nozzle pipes all as specified and directed. Quoted rate shall be deemed to including udes all required man power,water and tools and plants aspects mentioned herein.

Desilting and cleaning of open drains of any section manually including uding desilting soild/semi solid materials of any type vegetation growth and removal of sludge upto a distance exc 5.00 KM from the edges of drains etc complete all as specified .
