RequiredAverage annual turnover of minimum Rs.20 Crores during the last 5 financial years.
RequiredRelevant experience in seed cleaning grading and processing plants of similar nature for Central/State Government, Government undertakings or other Government institutions during last five years. Documentary evidence such as work orders or Completion certificates shall be submitted
RequiredThe tender shall preferably quoted by the Original Equipment Mnaufacturer/Authorized dealer. The manufacturer shall provide adequate operational and maintenance training to the APSSDCL Staff after trial run.
RequiredIncome Tax Returns or Statements for the last 3 financial years
RequiredValid Firm or Company Registration or Incorporation Certificate shall be submitted
RequiredValid MSME or Udyam Registration Certificate shall be submitted
RequiredValid PAN and GST Registration Certificates shall be submitted
RequiredMinimum 10 years of continuous legal business operation
RequiredValid ISO certification and machinery test or performance reports shall be submitted
RequiredSigned declaration confirming non blacklisting and no forfeiture of EMD or security deposit
RequiredStrict compliance with technical specifications and purchaser inspection requirements
RequiredDetailed technical literature catalogues specifications drawings and performance details
RequiredComplete plant layout and mandatory site visit
RequiredTurnkey execution including supply transportation installation commissioning trial run integration and training
RequiredEstablished service facility in AP and Telangana for after sales support maintenance and spare parts
RequiredIn-house manaufacturing facilities including CNC Sheet cutting, CNC Bending, CNC wood cutting and Dynamic Balancing facility for Blowers or equivalent facility quality control of machinery offered may be required to submit documentary evidence or facilitate physical verification of such facilitiesn
RequiredThe bidder shall have successfully supplied and commissioned atleast 10 Seed Processing plants of similar nature and capacity to the Government Sector. Also the Performance certificate must be submitted.
