Taking down steel/ wooden ventilators chowkat or frames n.exc 1.5 Sqm each. but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames). Complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning vertical and horizontal surfaces of sunken slab using wire brushing followed by sanding with emery paper for loose materials/ dust and applying two coats of epoxy resin component (Dr. Fixit DAMPGUARD or equivalent) solution/ mix using nylon brush pouring Base part in appropriate container followed by the Hardner part and mix thoroughly to attain homogeneous smooth paste and dilute the mixed compound with water in ratio 1 part Base: 1 part Hardner: 1 part water by slow addition and mix thoroughly until a brushable consistency is obtained, first coat will be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hrs before application of second/ final coat) incl curing treated surface for 24 hrs complete incl applying evenly a coat of blown bitumen @ 1.5kg/ sqm over entire treated surfaces incl spout holes complete and all as specified as per manufacturer instruction.

Note :- (i) Two runs of single core PVC insulated unshethed cables and one run of earth continuity conductor incl conduit will be messured and paid as one unit length only. Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron wire of 4mm by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electric plate No 5, of SSR Part - I, 1991 & all as specified, testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade & watering pipe 20 mm medium light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (1:3:6) type C1 with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel etc complete including making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor. Note : ( i ) The item includes the cost of 7.5 meter GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire & the cost of 7.5 meter earthing lead strip/wire (ii) Irrespective of what is shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part-I /1991, the cover of earthing pit shall be of precast RCC (1 :2 : 4) type B1 with suitable handle all as specified. Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning 30 W LED security light fitting with system output of 3000 lumens & with dedicated street light optics, System efficacy of greater than 100lm/W luminarie should have pressure die cast aluminium LM6 housing. Luminaire should have dedicated street light optics for better uniformity & spacing. Luminarie should have air vents in housing for proper thermal management. Min IP preventation should be IP65. System power consumption (including driver losser) should not exceed 20W .The driver is suitable for built in 5 KV surge voltage, open/ shortcircuit protection external surge 10 KV protection should be provided. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of security light bracket made out of GI pipe 40 mm light grade ISI marked 1.5 Mtr long bend to shape as required for LED fittings at site including M S Clamp 2 Nos made out of flat iron 50 mm X 5 mm with necessary nuts Bolts and two coats of alluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying of cable of 16 Sqmm x 4 core, only in trenches/ poles/ walls XLPE insulated, armoured, Heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade for following size with lugs including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide in depth and getting out soft/ loose soil for laying of cables etc complete all as directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layar not exceeding 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removal of excavatede material (soil) to a distance not excedding 50 m and depositing where diredted at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material & Labour for dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning & protection including spreading, ramming. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying precast PVC cable concrete cable cover LV voltage type -I flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of GI Pipe light grade 40 mm for road crossing/ on pole/ on wall for protection of LT Cable laid in trenches, fixed to wall/ pole including MS clamps etc. as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
