Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant of 0 .30 MLD capacity ( in the shape of rapid sand filter) of RCC construction in concrete design mix of grade M-30 (for hydraulic structures) & M-20 ( for building work) as per proper design & drawing with all structural requirements including cost of construction of cutting for site development , C/o. retaining wall ,civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all other contingent works including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per proper layout contour plan at left bank of Ali khad near village Barog (Location) . The treatment plant includes C/O. Pump House:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) of Pump House including all allied Civil Works, internal & external Electrical work wiring, Sanitay work, excavation in foundation in all kinds of soils, C/o. Toilets, C/o. Septic Tanks of capacity for 10 No. users, including cost of site development required as per site condition, alongwith all allied accessories and painting with asian apex ultima with priming coat and wall putty complete as directed by engineer in charge. FENCING WORK AROUND EXISTING STORAGE TANKS AND PROPOSED STORAGE TANKS
Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts ,stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in
(i) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size in foundation and plinth.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2and: 4 graded stone agg.20mmnominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforcement concrete work in :-
(i) Vertical Surface.
Providing laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S. joist , channel angles tees and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Ang;le 65x65x6mm)
1.80 mtr high fencing with 2.50 mtr MS angle iron posts 3.00 mtr center to center with nine horizontal lines, 2 diagonals of galvanized steel barbed wire (IS-278-1962 type-I) weigning 9.38kg/100 Rmt strained and fixed to posts (cost of angle iron posts to be paid separately).
Providing and fixing MS gate made of 40x40x4mm angle iron frame and 10mm dia M.S square bars in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
20mm thick cement plaster in single coat of same side stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles chamfers or round angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished and smooth in CM 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
SCHEDULE B2 - DRILLING OF 3 NOS BORE WELLS AT VILLAGE CHANGER PLASNI, CHAMLOG & DEOLI
Transportation of suitable Rig /truck mounted DTH and ODEX / Percussion Calyx/RC drilling with necessary accessories etc. to the site of work and erection of rig including levelling etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Drilling bores of 200mm dia as per IS:2800-1979 using percussion/ calyx/RC/ ODEX ( TUBEX method require for drilling in collapsible strata conglomerate, Boulder, Pebbles,Silt, Clay etc. including cost of attachments extracytable casing, comsumable storres, bits , water, POI , Gravel pack in annular space etc. complete in all respect as per entire direction of Engineer- In- Charge.
Supplying and lowering of IS marked 175mm N.B.6.4 mm thick fin-cut, MSERW casing pipes as per IS:4270-2001 in a random length of 4-7 mtr. without any circumferential joint up to the bore hole in vertical position including cost of scafolding , derricks and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- In-Charge including cost of cutting thereading and welding of pipe when required and requirement of ODEX attachment from approved manufactures complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - In- Charge.
Providing and fixing suitable casing shoe 175mm and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX attachment complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Collection and preservation of soil samples in polythene bags complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing slotting arrangement as per IS: 8110/1994-997 slot size 1.57x75mm and lowering of 175mm dia MS slotted pipe as per IS: 4270-2001 with up to date amendments welded and joints in to bore hole in vertical position including cost of all cutting threading and welding of pipe etc. within all leads and lifts complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Development of bore well with 1000-CFM air compressor or through V notch as per IS: 2800-1979 including transportation of equipment etc. to the site of work complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Minimum 8 hrs.each bore)
SCHEDULE B3 - S/E OF SUBMERCIBLE PUMPING MACHINERY
Supply of Raw / clear water submersible pump as per respective data sheets star rated set of KSB / Calma/ Kirloskar JOHNSION/ BS/SABAR/ OSWAL make comprising to latest relevant BIS Code. The pump should be fitted with impeller of suitable alloys as per IS: 8034-1976 latest suitable for Raw water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & RPM of reputed make conforming to IS: 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. Providing horizontal spindle horizontal split casing/end suctions (back pull out arrangement) single/double/ multistage centrifugal pump or combination of pump in series of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/Kirloskar/ BS & BE ( ABB/CGL/SPDP/ TEFC/BHEL/Crompton/CACA motors) as per IS-1520-1980 / IS 5659 - 1970 with up to date amendments, read with IS: 9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze impellers/priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze, shaft of steel grade EN-8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a MS/Cast steel base plate ( base plate to be from the manufacturers of the pumping unit only) to Squirrel Cage drip proof induction motor of standard make such as Kirloskar / Crompton / NGEF and suitable for operation on 400 (+)/-) 10% volts, 50 cycles/second, 3 phase AC electric supply. SCHEDULE B4 - RISING MAIN
Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of Galvanized MSERW flanged pipes conforming to IS/ISO 3183-2007 Grade L-210 or A as per dimensions weight and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 5 m-7m. The pipes end shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding. The M.S. flanges are to be provided 5% of total joints as per table below conforming to IS 6392-1971 ( Latest upto date amendments ) and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with electrode as per IS: 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of M.S nuts and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jointing geskets sheet not less than 3 mm thick as per IS; 2712-1965. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in three layers(Two inner & one outer) to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in -charge. The laying of pipes should be conformed to IS: 5822-1994 ( Earth work in trenches, M.S. flanges and butt welded joint to be mensured and paid sepretely) The pipe shall have Zinc coating as per IS 4736 in factory latest with up to date ammendements.Pipe shall be coated from both side (Inside) or outer side with the required thickness of zinc coating as per two coats mains above.

Laying jointing and testing GMS pipes flanged / butt welded pipes including cost of bends complete as per IS: 1239-1990 (Part-I) as per dimentions, weights and test pressures mentoined below in a random length of 5 to 7 mtrs. The butt welded joints and MS flanges are to be provided on each joint as per table given below conforming to IS: 6392-1971 and welding of flanges withelectrodes as per relevants codes including required number and size of nuts and bolts asper relevants codes and asbestos fibre jointing gasket sheet not less than 3mm thickness as per reelvants codes. The welding of flnages to be done on bothfaces in three layers to make the joints leak proof and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipe should be confomed to IS: 5822-1994. (Earth work in treches, M.S.flanges and butt weld joints to be measured and paid for separately).(GMS pipe will be supplied by the dpeartment)
