Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.: All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing tripple wall Polycarbonate sheet, 10 mm thick, multi UV protected, of make LEXAN/MACROLON or equivalent, in roof upto any pitch, including fixing. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tepping screws with EPDM seal including Aluminium profiles and EDPM gaskets on joints. The cost of Aluminium profiles shall be paid separately. Aluminium tape on free ends of sheet to be applied to prevent ingress of moisture in sheet. All joints to be sealed with Silicon of approved quality.

Providing and fixing double wall Polycarbonate sheet, 8 mm thick, multi UV protected, of make LEXAN/MACROLON or equivalent, in roof upto any pitch, including fixing. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tepping screws with EPDM seal including Aluminium profiles and EDPM gaskets on joints. The cost of Aluminium profiles shall be paid separately. Aluminium tape on free ends of sheet to be applied to prevent ingress of moisture in sheet. All joints to be sealed with Silicon of approved quality.
