Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm crushed stone aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete 80 mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade as approved by E-I-C laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as approved by E-I-C laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stone grit for cushion bed below interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in interlocking path kerb complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for kerb stone laying at or near ground level of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces (including preparation) of TU 142 Base as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing/grill/gates made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stainless steel (Grade 304 ) chain link chain including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type B1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) 40mm graded in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, incl forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavation material to a distance not exc 50m and where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm bore, single socketed, in any length as in waste pipe fixed with rubber ring joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on surfaces of parapet wall / kerb stone over and including priming paints plaster coat etc. with using mechanical sprayer to paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying LT cable in trench/fixing to walls/pipe/pole with proper saddles, lugs, glands XLPE insulated heavy duly galvanised steel strip armoured LT 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductors of size 16 Sq mm 4core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in including levelling, watering and well ramming into layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for spreading riddled earth for cushioning and covering of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay PCC un reinforced cable cover of size 250 mmx 150mmx40mm , class LV type I flat for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix weather proof street light junction boxes made out of thermo plastic consisting of 4 nos of connectors of capacity 16 amp 415v with proper closing arrangement,including pole mounting clamp with nut bolts. The box should be able to accomodate two 25 Sqmm 3.5core cables.The box should have two cable entry complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of programmable type 54W RGBW surface mounted narrow beam round projector luminaires suitable for outdoor applications of Facade Lighting. Luminaires should be enabled with high power LEDs, should consists of highly efficient, UV and temperature-resistant optics with symmetric distribution with glass cover. Power consumption should be between 10W to 240Watt steady state full intensity. Luminaire should be able to run on AC/ DC Voltage. Power factor of the luminaire shall be more than 0.90. Luminaire should be provided with suitable integral/separate non-integral power supply unit. The lumen maintenance L70@ 25 °Cof the LED shall not be less than 70% of the initial lumen after 50,000 burning hours. Ingress Protection should be IP66 or higher. Housing should be made of Die cast Aluminium with 3-4mm thick safety glass. impact resistance level should be suitable to site condition. Supply and fix in replacement of copper cable flexible 1.5 Sqmm 3 core 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
