Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock, by chieselling where the blasting work is water with in all heights stacking the excavated soil with in all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundations consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement, 6 sand, 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Random rubble masonary/Polygonal rubble masonary (un-coursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality I/c levelling up at P.L. with cement conc. 1:6:12 in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement, 6 sand) in foundation and plinth.) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above G.L. to 1st floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement, 6 Sand) of 2nd class bricks complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing presed steel door frames manufactured from commercial mild steel of 1.25 mm thickness I/chinges fans lag joints bend and if required threshhold of mild steel angle etc. (a) Profile "A" with in all leads and liftscomplete in all respect.

Providing and fixing glazed and pannelled, glazed or pannelled shutters for doors, windows & clerestory windows I/c bright finished/ black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws.(a) 40 mm thick 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and liftscomplete in all respect.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mtr and removal of the same for in situreinforced and plain concrete work in:- a) Foundation, footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 20 mm in thickness including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunching, cantilever and bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement, 2 sand, 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in :- a) Foundation, footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.
