Construction of New Pump House / Sump Well at Hakikat Nagar under Sub Division-2 of CND-R Division during 2025-26. (SH- SITC of Compact substation, DG Set and Panels with related E and M Works).

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Outdoor type package substation with facility for internal lighting, earthing, padlocks etc. with Connection between RMU & transformer shall be using 3 nos. 1C X 185 sq.mm. Aluminium unarmoured (UE) XLPE cable and connections from Transformer to LT Panel comprising of 800Amp ACB shall be by Aluminium Busbar with following equipments.

The enclosure shall be made of 2.0 mm thickness Galvanized Sheet Steel tropicalised to meet Indian weather conditions including all the partition sheets & doors. The base of the enclosure shall be of 4.0 mm thickness Hot Dip Galvanized Sheet Steel to ensure rigidity for easy transport & installation. Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP34 degree of protection for Transformer Compartment. The Enclosure to be tested for Internal Arc fault test to the tune of atleast 20 KA for 1 second adhering to as per latest IEC 62271- 202.The temperature rise test on enclosure for K10class. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated with PP based paint. HT & LT compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. Transformer Compartment will be provided with Cover. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for.HT and LT compartment. Lifting(Bucket) Arrangement shall be provided with each PSS. For Complete ownership of the solution, All components like ACB, MCCB, Capacitors, RMU & VI, Transformer, Protection relays are of PSS OEM make. Authorised PSS License Partner can assemble the PSS as per guidelines of the OEM.

EARTHING - Internal earthing connection by using 50 X 6 mm Aluminium Strips HV KIT - As per manufacturer's specifications/standard COPPER FLEXIBLE- As per manufacturer's specifications/standard First aid box as approved by St. john Ambulance Brigade / Indian Red Cross society conforming to IS : 2217 - 1963. Shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with glass on, as required in 2 languages (Hindi & English).
