Cleaning of RCC under ground treated sewage water well of 8 metre dia, 2 metre depth , by bailing out complete water removing all the accumulated sediments, sludge and foreign particles etc and depositing at a distance not less than 50 m from the site including scrubbing, brushing and removing all the dirt / mud accumulated on the walls / floor etc including writing the date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but of size 5.00 metre dia, 5.00 metre depth

All as per item No 1 above but of size 3.00 metre dia, 5.00 metre depth

Material and labour for cleaning of, RCC under ground, raw sewage collection sump of size 7.50 metre dia, 5 metre depth & 0.2 metre free board at PS-I, PS-II ans PS-III, by bailing out complete sewage grey water and the accumulated sediments, sludge and foreign particles etc, scrubbing out deposited material, brushing and removing all the dirt / sludge deposited on the walls / floor etc and removing the sewage material from site and deposited at a distance exc 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre, washing / cleaning of tank with fresh water complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.04 above but of size 4.00 metre dia, 5.00 metre depth & 0.20 metre free board.

Note for item No 1 to 5: Work shall be got executed by experienced person in trade and all the safety precautions as per CPCB norms will be ensured during cleaning of well by the contractor. Violation of norms may attract penalty from CPCB which shall be borne by the contractor.

S&F in repair for cross arms bracings, support, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers etc, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair electrical insulated rubber mat of size 1m x 2m x 3mm long confirming to IS:15652:2006 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel chain, fabricated with SS-304 grade steel fixed to non clogging sewage pump complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair display board made from acrylic sheet 3 mm thick for fixing on treated water pipe line stand post red in colour with writing of language in gujarati and in Hindi for " Non drinking water" along with painting of stand post with red colour complete length of pipe line including stand post foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting electrical connection & outlet pipe connection, taking out submersible pump set complete with motor of capacity 3.0HP to 30 HP from the treated water collection, transported to authorized workshop for repair / servicing, disconnecting the pump from motor, opening the cover, replacement of worn out parts like gland bush, gland bolts and nuts, gland packing, gasket, water seal etc including repairing the pump shaft by remetalling, grinding, polishing, reassembling complete motor & pump, refixing in same position, transported back to existing location and connecting including replacement of the rusted/worn out nuts, bolts, washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Repairing of pump & motor will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for repairing / servicing the centrifugal pump set of capacity 27LPS with 31 mtr head (Make:- Kirloskar - Model No :- DB 80/32) by disconnecting the pump from motor, opening for inspection, replacing the following worn out parts and reassembling complete pump & refixing in same position & connecting including replacing the rusted nuts, bolts, washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of existing defective / unsv squirrel cage induction motor of capacity 12 HP, three phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connection, coupling pulley, transportation to work shop, seperating the stator and rotor assembly ,cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding of stator with super enamelled solid copper conductor (winding wire) of appropriate gauge and size to match with the existing so as to acheive desired RPM, including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing, provisioning insualtion and reassembling stator and rotor, connecting coils/ winding in star and delta mode at the junction box/terminal , fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of induction motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix display board for installation with computerised cutting of letter, the size of letter shall be not less than 7cm preferably in blue background and riveted on aluminium frame. The design, orientation of letters and size of display board shall be decided by Engr-in-charge

M & L for disconnecting electrical connection & outlet pipe connection, taking out non clogging submersible pump set complete with motor of capacity 7.5HP to 25 HP from the sewage collection sump lowered at the depth of 100m and above from the ground level complete with HDPE pipe and submersible cable,transported to authorized work shop for repair/servicing, transported back to existing location and lowering the same pump after repairing / servicing along with HDPE pipe and electric cable including fixing of cable to pipe with PVC strip, replacement of clamps and mild steel bolts, nut and washers with stainless still nut and bolt, dismantling of old rusted lifting chain and fixing new chain, lowering / re-installation of same pump after repairing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Repairing of pump & motor will be measured & paid separately. (ii) New Chain will be measured & paid separately as supply only. (iii) Repairing/Servicing of Submersible pump & motor shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) Cable & HDPE pipe if found unserviceable shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for repairing / servicing of self priming non clogging pump set of capacity 20 m3/hr by opening / dismantling the pump complete over hauling taking out defective / unsv / worn out parts and replacing the following spare parts and reassembling the pump set after repair including replacing the rusted bolts, nuts washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing burnt out copper winding wire, cleaning of slots using suitable reagents and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge to achieve required RPM, varnsihing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing, painting and assembling the same after complete repair, connecting with pump and making necessary electrical connection and testing of motor after installation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining required RPM after repair, non compliance of speed considered as incomplete repair.

M&L for repairing / servicing of self priming non clogging pump set of capacity 64cum/hr to 96cum/hr by opening / dismantling the pump complete over hauling taking out defective / unsv / worn out parts and replacing the following spare parts and reassembling the pump set after repair including replacing the rusted bolts, nuts washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable MCCB of 63- 100 A capacity, taking out from the panel board and supply and fix new MCCB four pole of 100 Amps, 25 KA breaking capacity as per site requrement ,exiting capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 4 phase supply, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts, bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing Unserviceable MCCB upto10- 125 A capacity, taking out from the panel board and supply and fix new MCCB four pole of 125 Amps, 25 KA breaking capacity as per site requrement,exiting capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts, bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing Unserviceable MCCB of 125-200 capacity, taking out from the panel board and supply and fix new MCCB four pole of160 Amps, 35 KA breaking capacity as per site requrement,exiting capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts, bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable PVC box and Supply and fix PVC box of outside size 350mm x 250mm x 150mm and inside size 300mm x 200mm x 105 mm including 4 Nos of bus bar strip of aluminium of size 25x4 mm suitable for 440 volts of suitable amps rating including 1 No MCB SPN ,6 to 32 Amps, 250 volts with 'C' curve, to be fixed on pole with clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable PVC box and Supply and fix PVC box of outside size 350mm x 250mm x 150mm and inside size 300mm x 200mm x 105 mm including 4 Nos of bus bar strip of aluminium of size 25x4 mm suitable for 440 volts of suitable amps rating including 1 No MCB SPN ,6 to 32 Amps, 250 volts with 'C' curve, to be fixed on pole with clamp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fully automatic star delta starters in sheet steel enclosure AC-3 duty, 415 V, suitable for upto 20 HP motor and relay settings 20-35 A complete all as specified and directed.
