M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 20mm graded stone aggregate in kerb stone of size 300 x 150 x 300 (LXWXD), window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham?fers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and se in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and laying factory made chambered edge Cement Concrete grass paver blocks having 50% or more opening in drive ways or parking etc, The grass paver block shall be of M-40/M50, 60 mm thick reflective (minimum 75% SRI value) & inter locking type factory made. The paver block shall be brought from the manufacturer mentioned hereinafter and as approved by the GE. The compressive strength of paver block shall be 400kg/sqcm and of colour as approved by the GE. The top layer of paver blocks shall not be less than 6 to 8mm thick and should have Anti skid groove finish (vermicular finish). Paver block should have 1mm spacer to provide minimum gap between paver unit to allow joint filling send to go in it and establish complete interlocking between blocks. Joints shall be filled with sand as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The sand shall be free from clay and alkaline particles and conform to relevant IS. The edges of the paver block shall be neatly trimmed to fit within kerbs along the peri-pheri of the paved area. The unit rates quoted shall be inclusive of laying of paver block of different colour for making the Anchor pattern of size 4x6m and other pattern as directed by the GE/Engineer-in-Charge.
