Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in all kind of soil in foundation trenches or drains ( any metre in width or any suare metre on plan) , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto any height including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils ( Hard rock (blasting prohibited) The work by all means ( if any required ) recovary for 15.00 cubic metre @ Rs. 300.00 per cubic metre amount 4500/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected .The work shall be executed according to drawings and to avoid any damages to the private/ Govt. property in the vicinity of the work site , if any damages occurs to any property and not stored by the contractor shall be recoverable from the contractor up to the extent of damages , no payment for extra cutting beyond the approved cross section/ drawing will be made to the contractor / firm.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

All works upto all floor level within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate ) 40 mm ( forty millimetre ) nominal size) within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete including cost of binding wire upto floor level Thermo- Mechnically Treated bar of grade Fe -500D hard drawn steel bar within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentalsas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of first class designation 7.5( seven point five ) in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand). within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm( five millimetre ) thickness (weight not less than 12.50( twelve point fifty ) kg/ sqm) within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm( two hundred millimetre ) centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised luminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge.
