75 mm thick, cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, as in plinth protection, complete all as specified.Plinth protection shall be laid in 1:20 slope and joint filling sealed with bituminous sealing compound grade "A" .

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2,using 75 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, class designation 100, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ceiling fans,scrapping of old paint,Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of anti- corrosive zinc red oxide by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc,replacement of rubber bush,nuts,bolts,washers,split pin,down rod,copper flexible cable all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq. m on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each,excavated soil in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil/ excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, 8cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable including spreading, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note : Consolidated/punned sand shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class "B" old size for cable protection laid flat length perpenducualr to the axis of cable complete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25(Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as shown on drawings and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The unit rate includes for protecton pipe 15mm and GI earth strip 4mm from top of earth plate upto 7.50 metre above ground level.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) cross sectional area 95 sq. mm, 3.5 core,stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit schedule i.e Sch 'A' section II (i.e Rs 83,166.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
