OD13471/2021-2022:Excavation in Hard rock with fissures/Bouders (more than 2 Cum in size and (un-pocalainable) by chiseling/wedging/breaking by use of approved chemicals such as Accusin or equivalent, to the required level & depth including all leads and lift, stacking excavated materials within plot at approved location and carting away un serviceable material outside the site as directed, de-watering of both ground and surface water, removal of slurry generated while excavation and keeping the area free of water with necessary shoring, strutting, stepping, dressing, grading required for keeping earth in position, excavating loose pockets and compacting them after back filling as directed etc. as per detailed specification and conforming to safety rules during progress of the work, and to any depth below ground level. Note: In the case of Hard rock/Hard rock/Boulders, if required by the OWNERS ENGINEER / ARCHITECTS, the excavated material shall be properly stacked or disposed of places as directed.
4.1.B.1:Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with a motor grader on a prepared surface, mixing by mix in-place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with a vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Grading-V - For sub-base cum drainage layer - Mix in Place Method
4.12:Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
5.1.a:Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.
