Dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD/ 304 MORTH VP No. 484.

Carting away of excavated earth / debries to a lead of 2KM (the rate including conveyance charges, labour charges for loading, unloading charges) including ideal hire charges of truck etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Authorities of the work.

Construction of granual surface course by providing well graded material like 2.36mm to 5mm size HBG Material,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting eith three wheel 80-100 KN static roller/vibrator roller 80-100 KN capacity to achieve the desired density,complete as per technical specification clause 402 MORD.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) Cement component not less than 400Kgs / cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Providing Vibrator vaccume dewatering power trowelling to finish the surface including all materials, labour and all hire charges etc. complete for finished item of work including overhead charges & contractor profit etc. complete.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Providing Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding and curing etc., complete with a compresive streangth not lessthan 75 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Providing Plastering with CM (1:4), 12mm thick single coat in CM including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc. to site excluding seigniorage charges on all materials, Including all operational, incidential charges on materials and cost of all labour charges for mixing motor, finishing, curing as directed by engineer-in-charge etc. complete for finished item of work (SS 901, 903 & 904)
